夏天有宇治金時刨冰,冬天有紅豆湯,早餐有紅豆麵包,這些紅豆其實根據產地品種與製作方法都有不同名稱,現在就來讓小編簡單介紹一下吧!
「小豆」あずき azuki 最為普通的紅豆品種,主要用來區分與大納言的不同
「大納言」だいなごん dainagon 紅豆的特定品種,顆粒大,就算煮過後也不易破裂。
「あんこ」anko紅豆餡
「つぶあん」tsubuan刻意留下豆的完整外觀的紅豆餡
「こしあん」koshian除去豆子表皮的紅豆餡
「金時」きんとき kintoki 其實就是紅豆,但事實上有與紅豆完全不同種類的金時豆存在,不過大部分用來作刨冰的都是使用紅豆。
哎喲喂,反正都是紅豆就對了,好吃最重要啦~
不過下次如果有店家問你餡蜜要選「つぶあん」還是「こしあん」的時候就可以輕鬆回答囉!

i made Japanese traditional sweets Wagashi nerikiri.this time, i made temari balls;)
temari means hand ball in Japanese.
Nerikiri is edible.the texture is simillar to marzipan.Nerikiri consists of mochi and sweet white bean paste.
ingredients
each 5g nerikiri dough(white,pink,orange,yellow,green and blue)
20g koshian(smooth sweet red bean paste anko)
we can use a marzipan stick instead of a bamboo stick.

the flower of "Kankoubai" is a kind of plum blossoms,it blooms in the cold winter,and the flower words of Kankoubai is patience.

i made Japanese traditional candy Wagashi Nerikiri,red snapper candy.
red and white are said to be auspicious in Japan.
this time, i use a wooden mold of Wagashi called "Kigata",but we can make these red snapper candy without mold.if you want to make this,please check my previous video;)
