What are the colours of the rainbow?
Can you name them?
.
1. Find a comfortable position, close your eyes (if you find it difficult, try to keep your gaze soft/down).
2. Feel your breath, inhale through your nose, exhale slowly through your nose or mouth.
3. Can you feel your belly moving with your breath?
4. We will use our imagination, picture every thing I say with your eyes closed (or soft gaze).
5. Take a slow deep breath and imagine your body turning red: your eyes, nose, ears, face, arms… all your body is red and it feels nice and warm
6. On the next breath, your body is changing colour.
Your head is turning orange, arms and legs, chest and belly… all your body is orange and it makes you feel awesome
7. Take another slow and long breath.
This time, your body is turning yellow: your face, neck, shoulders, knees until your full body feels light and yellow
8. On the next breath your body is turning green like fresh green grass after a bit of rain.
9. Take another breath, allow your body to turn blue: your head, back, chest, belly, arms and legs.
You can feel your body slightly cooling down.
10. On the next breath, your eyes are turning indigo, a colour in between blue and violet: your smile, ears, neck, your whole body is covered in indigo.
What can you feel?
11. Take another breath and imagine your body changing colour again, this time your whole body is turning violet, a beautiful violet color, as beautiful as you are.
12. Now it’s time to let all the colours go from your body.
13. Imagine all the colours you have just seen: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet coming out from your heart and forming a beautiful rainbow over you
14. Take a few breaths picturing this beautiful rainbow that bring you feelings of lightness, peace and relaxation.
Can you feel it? (Pause for 10-30 seconds).
15. Take a slow breath and allow the rainbow go, but keep within you lightness, peace and relaxation
16. When you’re ready, make some small movements with your toes, fingers, neck and start opening your eyes.

夏天慎防皮膚癬
癬是真菌的一種,皮膚癬是由真菌感染引起的皮膚病,皮膚會痕癢、疼痛、表皮層變厚,出現紅印、水疱、白色鱗屑或脫皮等症狀,夏天天氣潮濕悶熱,有利於真菌生長,較侷促的部位例如腋下、大腿內側、臀部、腳趾隙間都比較容易生癬。至於哪些人容易生皮膚癬呢?個人衞生習慣差、營養不良、皮膚有損傷、大汗、個人免疫力低、慢性病患者如糖尿病患者等都是高危族。而從中醫角度來看,皮膚癬是因為身體受風、濕、熱邪侵犯皮膚引起,氣虛、濕熱體質人士都特別容易患上皮膚癬,一旦患上要按個別患者的體質治理,建議諮詢中醫師較穩妥。要注意患皮膚病期間不宜食用發物例如茄子、蘑菇、牛肉等,也不宜胡亂進補。
真菌有傳染性,皮膚癬亦很容易復發,所以就算痊癒了也要注意個人衞生,保持身體及衣物乾爽,運動大量出汗後要立即擦乾身體及更換衣物,在公共場所如泳池或健身室要避免赤腳行走,以免感染足癬(即香港腳)、甲癬(即灰甲);不要與人共用毛巾、拖鞋等物品。

Beware of ringworm during summer
Ringworm is a fungal infection of the skin. The skin will itch, hurt, and thicken and have symptoms like red marks, blisters, and white flakes or scaling skin. The humid weather in summer will further promote fungal growth, especially in areas like armpits, inner thighs, hips, and in between the toes.
What kind of people develop ringworm more easily? People who are malnourished and sweat easily, and those with poor personal hygiene, a weak immune system, damaged skin, and chronic diseases such as diabetes.
From the perspective of Chinese Medicine, ringworm forms when the pathogenic factors of wind, dampness, and heat intrude the skin. Individuals with the weak qi and damp heat body constitutions would have a higher risk of developing ringworm. Patients should seek medical treatment based on their conditions. Hence, it is best to consult registered and licensed Chinese medicine practitioner. Avoid consuming foods such as eggplant, mushroom, and beef as they might aggravate the skin condition. Also, avoid taking nourishing food unnecessarily.
Fungal infections can be contagious and can return easily as well. That is why we need to maintain good personal hygiene, keep our body and clothes dry, and wipe down the sweat after exercising and change into fresh clothes. Avoid walking barefoot in public areas like the swimming pool and the gym to prevent developing athlete's foot (tinea pedis) and onychomycosis. Also, do not share items like towels and slippers with others.

Squat
Keep feet shoulder wid apart, knees same direction as your feet, bend your knees and hips at the same time whilst maintain a neutral back
Reverse lunges
Take one big step backwards landing toe to heel, make sure both knees remain in a 90 degree angle with your torso upright
Side lunges
Position your feet on the floor so they're hip-width apart with your toes pointed directly forward. Lift your right leg and step to the side. Once your foot is fully planted, push your hips back and bend your right knee to lower into a lunge.
Knee push ups
Get into a push up position, form alignyform shoulders to knees. Drop chest to floor and drive back up.
Diamond knee push ups
Get into a push up position but keep your knees on the floor. Then, lean your torso forward and position your hands in the shape of a diamond so your index fingers and thumbs are touching. Now, lower your torso down but keep your arms tucked into your sides. Then, push back up using your triceps and exhale.
Walk outs
Start by standing up, gradually walk your hands forwards to a push up position then slowly walk back to starting position.
Crunches
Lie down with knees bent, feet on the floor, lift up your upper body until shoulder blades and neck are off the floor
Leg raises
Lie down on your back, legs straight out, lift your legs off the floor as high as your flexibility allows you to, slowly drop back down, repeat.
Side crunches
Lie on the floor, feet flat on the floor, have hands behind your head then lift your ur neck and shoulder blades and reach for the opposite knee
Plank
Get into a push up position, only have forearms one the floor instead of hands. Squeeze glues and tighten the core.
