每年的4月21日是印尼的「#卡蒂妮節(Kartini Day)」，這天是印尼女性平權運動始祖卡蒂妮的生日，隨著來台印尼女性移工增多，卡蒂妮堅毅不拔的形象，也成為離鄉背井女性的精神寄託。台南市警六分局邀請印尼網紅移工西蒂(Oma Sity)成為113暴力止步、性騷擾防制代言人，提醒身處異鄉的移工，做好自我保護，生活平安無虞。

新住民與移工朋友如有遭受 #家庭暴力、#性侵害、#性騷擾 之情形，可直撥《113》保護專線，113接線人員除了能提供國語、閩南語服務之外，也有英語、日語、越南語、泰語、印尼語、柬埔寨語的外語翻譯服務，不用擔心語言不通的問題。
