คาเฟ่เปิดใหม่ย่านอุดมสุข knit.coffee.cafe โทนสีขาวสะอาดตาด้วยการตกแต่งของ Interior design studio STI คุมโทนแบบ minimal ประดับด้วยงานฝีมือถักนิตติ้ง โครเชของเจ้าของร้านทำให้ดูมีสไตล์และมีชีวิตชีวามากๆ ที่ร้านมีบริการ Coffee , Non - Coffee และ bakery
เมนูแนะนำ
- Knit Coffee ☕️ : เป็นการผสมผสานของลาเต้ และ วิปครีม แล้วท็อปด้วย Espresso shot โรยด้วยคุกกี้ เป็นเมนูทานเล่นเบาๆ ทานเพลินๆ หวานมันอร่อยดีครับ
- Honey Lemon 🍋 : เติมความสดชื่นด้วยเมนูน้ำผึ้งเลม่อนโซดา ความพิเศษคือเป็นเลม่อนที่ทางเจ้าของร้านหมักเอง รสชาติจึงออกมาเข้มข้นสุดๆ ไม่ขมเลย รสชาติเปรี้ยวซ่ากำลังดีครับ
ในอนาคตจะทำเป็นที่สอนงานฝีมือถักนิตติ้ง 🪡🧶 กับ co-working space บริเวณชั้น 2 ครับ

ช่วงนี้พวกเราชาว Eatguide ต้องทำอาหาร เข้าครัวบ่อยขึ้น
ผมจึงมีความคิดอยากจะรีโนเวทครัวใหม่ให้ดูสะอาด ใช้เป็นสตูถ่ายงานได้
ซึ่งงบในการรีโนเวทครัวนี้อยู่ที่ 100,000 บาท ไม่รวมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า มาดูกันว่าจะเป็นอย่างไร

ผม แก๊ป ธนเวทย์ พาทุกคนมาที่ออนเซ็นกลางสาทร ซึ่งออกแบบโดยเพื่อนที่คณะของผมเอง ทั้งงานสถาปัตยกรรม, Interior, Landscape และ Lighting เลยครับ
แนวคิดที่สถาปนิกใช้ในการออกแบบออนเซ็นแห่งนี้ คือ 'คินสึงิ' (Kintsugi) ซึ่งเป็นศิลปะในการซ่อมแซม ประสานรอยร้าวของภาชนะที่แตก หัก ให้กลับมาใช้งานได้ใหม่
เฉกเช่นเดียวกับงานสถาปัตยกรรมของพื้นที่แห่งนี้ ที่ต้องมีการรีโนเวทซ่อมแซมอาคารเดิม
อยากให้ทุกคนได้เห็นงานออกแบบภายในออนเซ็นแห่งนี้ เพราะนอกเหนือจากฟังก์ชันการใช้งานแล้ว เรายังสัมผัสได้ถึงความเป็นญี่ปุ่นที่ถูกถ่ายทอดผ่าน element ต่างๆ แถมดีเทลในการออกแบบ interior , landscape และการออกแบบแสงไฟหรือ Lighting ก็ช่วยเสริมสร้างอารมณ์และบรรยากาศให้กับผู้คนที่เข้ามาภายในสถานที่แห่งนี้ได้เป็นอย่างดีครับ
