【牛奶解毒小常識】

鮮奶可用來來降低化學物質的傷害或解一般重金屬輕微中毒，其原理和注意事項如下：

1.牛奶中所含的維生素A對呼吸道粘膜細胞有保護作用。
.
2.牛奶緩衝及延緩毒物及酸鹼類之化學藥品在胃裡被吸收。但只是延緩，並非阻止其吸收，尤其是對於急性藥物中毒才可能有些許的作用，但並非絕對，請儘速就醫。
