腹筋は常にお腹を凹ませながらすることをおすすめします(^^)/
お腹を凹ませてぺたんこにすること。
これができない人多いです。
「お腹を思いっきり凹ませてみてください」って言っても…全然凹んでない方が多いです。
私もそうでした。
凹ませる力がないんです。
日頃からインナーを使えばキューっと引き締まったお腹になるから大丈夫です(*^_^*)
使えばいいんです。
今も読みながらお腹凹ませてください。
今更しても遅いよね…って思わずに。
やれば変わります。
1分でも2分でも行動したら0.1でも0.5でも自分は成長してます。
0.5をずっと続けていたら10になります。
気分が乗らない時もあるし、なんだかやる気満々な時もある。
みんな一緒です(^^♪
最初からたくさん頑張らなくていいので無理のない程度に、少しずつやってみるのをおすすめします(´▽`)
小さな努力でも積み重ねていけば自分の実績になります。
実績は自信になると思います(^^)/
