How to gain muscle mass (increase daily resting metabolism) and loose fat at the same time? Weight Interval Training is the perfect kind of workout to do both.
It ms functional workout that gives high calories burn, burn fat, great after burn and build lean muscle at the same time. Not bulky muscles.
Ready all your weights. I would suggest try to get as heavy as u can, especially for snatch and dumbbell / kettlebell swing. 5-10kg or even heavier for those who had tried this kind of training before. For beginner, u can try 3-5kg. But I would suggest u go for atleast 5kg. Because those movements it’s easier to activate full body if u go for heavier.
If you don’t have dumbbells or kettlebell, you can make your own weights using rice packet, detergent bottle and backpack with books.

IF YOU DON’T KNOW MY STORY, PLEASE READ👇🏼

It started at the age of 11 where I was watching TV and inspired by the gymnast athlete during the Olympic season.
.
A well built physique that I always want to achieve, so I went to the gym in a recreation club not far away from my home.
.
Unfortunately I was kicked out because of under age to use the gym facilities.
.
So I took part a lot of sports activities during my high school.
.
6 years later I graduated from high school then immediately sign up a gym membership and started to workout where I’m eligible to use the gym facilities.
.
Picture on the left I trained several months later. But I’m not satisfied. So I continue to move forward.
.
I do read, study and research plenty of articles about human body how muscles are build, the important of recovery.
.
And that time I put my expectation a little higher, inspired by so many pro bodybuilder and physique athlete around me.
.
So I participate in many competition and achieved many awards. Go through off season and pre-contest to build more muscle mass and keep pushing myself to achieve the physique I ever want.
.
Fast forward to 2018, my dreams finally became a reality. Went through lots of obstacle just like roller coaster ride during the journey.
.
Of course there are more to come and still got to keep on going. Maintaining a balance healthy active lifestyle is the most important factor in our daily life.
.
Another things that keep me moving is to help more people around me to achieve their active lifestyle and that’s part of my goals too.
.
Whether you are just a beginner or struggling during the journey, just don’t give up and stay focus.
.
If you thought of giving up, always remember why do you want to start at the first place.
.
Be consistent and stay strong guys!

Full Body TONE & SCULPT Gym Routine (Supersets) | Joanna Soh
Lifting weights build muscles and having more muscles make your body burn fat more efficiently. Here's of my favourite total body gym routine. SUPERSETS are a great way to increase the work load, muscle tension and to get more done in less time. Here are 4 supersets targeting all the major muscles in your body. All you need are dumbbells and barbells and you can get this workout done in less than an hour!
SUPERSET 1 (Legs, Thighs, Glutes & Shoulders)
1) Goblet Squat
2) Sumo Squat Single Arm Press
SUPERSET 2 (Back, Shoulders & Traps)
1) Bent Over Barbell Row
2) Barbell Upright Row
SUPERSET 3 (Chest & Triceps)
1) Alternating Dumbbell Presses
2) Narrow Push-ups
SUPERSET 4 (Core)
1) Kettlebell Swing
2) Plank
**Complete 3 - 4 rounds for each superset before moving on to the next. Rest for 60 - 90 secs in between each round.
