Hong Kong teen activist 鍾翰林 Tony Chung from pro-independence group, 學生動源 Studentlocalism, will face trial in November on charges including the new offense of subversion under Beijing’s national security law. A Facebook password that was allegedly surrendered under police caution will be contested.

前學生動源召集人鍾翰林早前被指違反港區國安法，被控分裂國家、串謀發佈煽動性刊物等罪名，案件定於11月2日開審，控方又透露，鍾在警誡下提供其facebook賬戶密碼，辯方表明爭議有關證供。

Taiwan of today’s decision by Hong Kong elections officials to deny
Joshua Wong 黃之鋒 eligibility to run in the upcoming District Council
election. President Tsai’s Democratic Progressive Party was formed at a
time when political parties other than the Kuomintang (Nationalist
Party) were banned during Taiwan’s martial law era, and advocacy for
Taiwan’s independence from the People’s Republic of China and the
Republic of China was illegal, making it likely DPP politicians will
support Wong and Demosisto’s right to support autonomy referendums. This
will continue criticisms exchanged in recent days between Hong Kong and
Taiwan government officials over how to facilitate travel to Taiwan of
Chan Tong-kai 陳同佳, wanted in Taiwan for the murder of Poon Hui-wing
潘曉穎 that led to Hong Kong’s extradition bill controversy. With Taiwan
insisting on a judicial cooperation agreement and criticizing Hong Kong
officials for not putting Chan on trial for murder in Hong Kong (a legal
impossibility already made clear by Hong Kong), Chan’s return might not
occur until after Taiwan’s presidential and legislative elections.
Politicization of the matter continues, as does each side’s involvement

梁天琦是香港大學畢業生，運動健將，屬於港產尖子。他，為什麼要在旺角街頭擲磚？
金正恩三代為北京政權飼養，一家獨大，與世隔絕。為什麼要打破朝鮮半島半世紀的恐怖平衡？
他們都覺得被困，前無去路。困字，一棵木在四面牆內，入了死巷。
木，本來代表生機，樹木要伸展枝葉，但入了一個困境，活力生機全被扼殺，無法伸展。
受困，並非本領差，只因客觀環境發生改變，大樹無法從外界攝取資源，生存受威脅，所以，想突破困局。
九七後，香港年輕人找不到出路，看不到前景。
公義在剝落，價值觀在扭曲。
要改革社會，乖孩子跟著遊戲規則，為市民發聲，爭取選票，走入議會，在制度內，盡一分力，維護香港公平公正的傳統價值。
但權勢不容許。入了立法會，他們都被DQ，原因莫須有。
制度不公義，社會另一個聲音便響起：
勇武抗爭，以武達義。年輕人起來，走上街頭。
但誠如彭定康說的，公安條例被政治脅持，針對年輕人和泛民主派人士，他們被判重刑。
困局之下，便想到了非常手段，想到了革命。
什麼是革命？
社會形勢推展到一個轉捩點，要破舊立新，開始新的遊戲規則，開始新的秩序，那便是革。
人志突破天命，由群眾的智慧，打造一個嶄新的世界，歷史上重大的文明，重大的政治改革，都是如此。
革字本來是指製革工業。將天然的獸皮經過加工，人工打造，成為民生日常用品。
荀子說，奪然後義，殺然後仁，上下易位然後貞。
他說，當社會極度不公，上層既得利益者的剝削，造成社會嚴重不滿，逼不得已就可以革命。
殺了之後才講仁，奪了之後才講義。上下易位，新的群眾力量，推翻舊體制，讓社會秩序重歸穩定。
上下易位然後貞，這個「貞」，就是社會正義。
這是香港年輕人走上街頭，用磚頭擲向警察的背景。我們看到警民衝突，街上沒有破一塊玻璃，沒有人趁機打劫，沒有嚴重人命事故，當晚新年煙花照放如常。但梁振英事後斷性為暴動。
所以，這就是政治檢控，這就是行政立法司法的三權合作下的司法欺凌。
至於金正恩，他用盡機關，才得到今天的美朝峰會。
先是積極發核武，唯恐天下不知的核試，再三用飛彈越過日本上空，聲言核彈可直到美國境內。
世界以為北亞大戰迫在眉睫的時候，突然他伸出友誼之手，南北韓會面，他跨過三八線。
朝鮮半島的恐怖平衡已經超過半世紀，他為什麼要急於改變現狀？
金家三代，安於做北京的門前惡犬，做國際流氓，令美國的第一鍊嶼防線痛苦，受中共飼養，安心關門做皇帝，有什麼不好？為什麼要改變？
沒有北京的默許，他能否代表朝鮮半島與美會談？
金正恩父親祖父輩面對的北京領導人，和今日不同。
毛澤東忙於內鬥，大殺功臣。
鄧小平忙於搞開放，與保守派周旋。
江澤民忙於悶聲發大財，竊國。
他們都樂於見朝鮮半島不變，保持現狀。
習近平不同。
用反貪腐之名將政治對手清理得七七八八；修憲永續權力沒有下台之憂，要有大作為，與毛鄧歷史上鼎足而三。
金正恩的政治觸覺知道，朝鮮半島要變。他始終是在中、美、俄三大霸主間走位求存的小角色。
與其被動的在北京蔭下生存，不若走出安全圈，找另一個恐怖平衡的安全處境。
他主導了今次的美朝峰會，他也在找出路。
在困境的人，都想到了革，因為革故之後，就可以鼎新。即是有出路，有新秩序。周易雜卦傳說：
革，去故也：鼎，取新也。
周易第47卦是困卦，第49卦是革卦，第50卦是鼎卦。
困境之下，要走到革故鼎新，中間，還有第48卦——井卦。
序卦傳說：困乎上者必反下，故受之以井。井道不可不革，故受之以革。革物者莫若鼎，故受之以鼎。
困乎上者，因為澤水困，澤中無水，所有有形有用的資源都沒有了，「必反下」，這個「反」，是回歸基本，不是反對。
反，是動詞，在上面的資源受困了，就要思考，是不是有深藏在下的東西呢？
當什麼都沒有的時候，外面行不通的時候，回過頭來另尋新路，故受之以井，要開發新資源。
尋找新水源，就是紓困。當井水冒出來，所有問題就迎刃而解了。
但開發一口新井，找一條新出路，不會一擊即中，還是要不斷調整，所以，井道不可不革。由困到井，是扭轉乾坤。
困是革的先兆，革是創造新文明的大機緣。機緣，是因為困的處境而激發。井，新資源，新思維，便是通關之神。
九七前，香港一直在升，升到某一個極限就變成困。
不甘束手待斃的人，就會設法脫困。走投無路，激發潛能，便是井卦；創新開闢一個新時代，便是革卦了。
