NHỮNG ĐẠO DIỄN "THỔI HỒN" CHO VIỆT RAP
Hôm qua thấy anh em Street World đăng tải bài viết về những đạo diễn nước nhà đã đóng góp phần không hề nhỏ vào thành công cho các MV của Việt Rap. Hôm nay Cổ Động cũng muốn vừa trích dẫn và chia sẻ thêm tới mọi người.
1. Đồng Nart
Vừa nghe 'Trong Im Ở Lặng', cũng có thể đọc thêm mấy dòng này của Động nha. Ở thời điểm hiện tại, anh cùng The Red Team đã sở hữu trong tay rất nhiều MV chất lượng cho các ca sĩ nổi tiếng Việt Nam. Trước đó, Đồng Nart đã từng là đạo diễn cho MV của nghệ sĩ từ những ngày đầu họ hoạt động trong giới underground. Có thể kể đến một số MV như: 'Nói Với Em' (BigDaddy), 'Ghé Thăm' (Đen x JGKiD), 'Trốn Tìm' (Đen x MTV Band). Có vẻ như Đồng Nart rất có duyên với Đen. Không những làm MV cho Đen mà anh cũng đã từng góp giọng trong một số ca khúc của Đen.
2. Hoàng ARt
Hoàng ARt chính là một đạo diễn đã góp phần không nhỏ vào những MV cho các nghệ sĩ underground của nước nhà ở nhiều năm về trước. Những nghệ sĩ ấy bây giờ đã ở một vị thế cao hơn, có chỗ đứng hơn trong thị trường âm nhạc Việt Nam. Có thể kể đến một số sản phẩm như: 'Thu Hà Nội' (Mr. T & Yanbi), 'Ngọn Nến Trước Gió' (LK, Andree, JustaTee, Emily), 'Xin Anh Đừng' (LK, JustaTee, Emily)... cùng với đó là nhiều sản phẩm khác với The Red Team & ILLUMINATI .Production. Gần đây nhất, Hoàng ARt đã đạo diễn cho MV 'Walk In Da Street' (16 Typh x 16 BrT) và dĩ nhiên, nhận được rất nhiều lời tán dương từ anh em trong giới, bởi chất "đường phố" khi anh đưa vào MV vẫn rất hợp thời đại.
3. Lâm Tấn Huy
Crow On Hyenas Ent quy tụ những cái tên Datmaniac, Blacka, Táo, Pjpo, Cam... Ngoài những artist chất lượng, Tổ Quạ còn có một đạo diễn tài ba, đó là Lâm Tấn Huy (hay còn gọi là Kuruk Klan). Trong khoảng 3-4 năm trở lại đây, Lâm Tấn Huy là cái tên góp mặt trong khá nhiều MV của anh em rapper Việt Nam với vai trò là đạo diễn.
Lâm Tấn Huy đã từng đạo diễn cho rất nhiều MV của anh em Tổ Quạ, như: 'Lửa Tàn' (Blacka x Lil'Ce), 'Không Sao Đâu' (Cam x Shinasty), 'Đâu Vào Đó' (Cam), 'Chơi Vơi' (Táo x Quýt), '23:59' (Negav), 'Lowkey' (Shinasty), 'Thiên Hà Trước Hiên Nhà' (Datmaniac), 'Ầu Ơ Dí Dầu' (Bill & Cell). Đặc biệt trong những sản phẩm của tổ chức, Hồ Võ Tấn Duy cũng là một cái tên được xướng lên. Duy đã hợp lực cùng với Huy và ekip để tạo nên những thươc phim đắt giá cho các nghệ sĩ.
Bên cạnh đó Lâm Tấn Huy cũng tích cực tham gia với vai trò đạo diễn cho các nghệ sĩ khác (như Đen Vâu với 'Lối Nhỏ' & 'Cảm Ơn') hay các đạo diễn trẻ khác (như sự kết hợp với Nirvana Streetwear trong video của BOBUI).
4. Thoc
Thoc thành viên của tổ đội 95Generation. và Hillus. Anh chính là người đứng sau hầu hết các MV của 95G. Những hình ảnh trong các MV thực hiện bởi Thóc luôn mang nét hiện đại, phù hợp với những bài hát sôi động của dòng new school mà 95G theo đuổi. Điểm mạnh của Thoc còn đến ở phần kỹ xảo khi anh luôn mang tới những khung hình ấn tượng. Thoc chính là đạo diễn cho MV nổi tiếng 'BIGCITYBOI' của Binz và Touliver. Có thể nói, “BIGCITYBOY” là một trong những MV để lại tiếng vang lớn của Thoc với 20 set quay khác nhau với những kỹ xảo độc đáo trong khoảng hơn 3 phút. Có thể kể đến một số sản phẩm tiêu biểu khác như: 'Don't Waste My Time', 'JUMP', 'Stop Me'.
5. Lambda
Cái tên cuối cùng là một đạo diễn người Tây Ban Nha, nhưng đã đóng góp rất nhiều cho Rap và Hip-Hop Việt, nhất là trong giai đoạn 2010-2016. Đến Việt Nam vào giai đoạn Rap/Hip-Hop bắt đầu phát triển, Lambda (Mateu Perpinya) bén duyên cùng dòng nhạc này. Anh là người đứng sau những MV của Rap Việt lúc bấy giờ, bằng những kĩ thuật mình có được, Lambda bắt đầu sản xuất những MV đầu tiên. Có thể kể đến: 'Phục Sinh Cypher', 'G-Disstroy', 'Rap Trong Tao' (DC), 'High, How Are You?' (Hazard Clique), 'Nó Muốn Khóc' (Blacka)
Đặc biệt, Lambda đã mang MV 'Ở Lại Đây Với Con' của Datmaniac vào đến chung kết chương trình 'My MV' của VTV3. Thời gian sau này, Lambda dần lui về thực hiện những dự án cá nhân riêng. Trong quá trình cống hiến cùng underground Rap miền Nam, anh đã để lại hơn 20 MVs cùng các dự án khác với các rapper tên tuổi hàng đầu miền Nam bấy giờ.
Bên cạnh đó có thể kể đến những cái tên hoạt động khá ngầm khác như Jukey Bùi, Hata. Tuy không xuất hiện nhiều trong thời gian gần đây, nhưng họ đã vô cùng tận tâm trong vai trò đạo diễn cho các MV của Việt Rap, góp phần làm đa dạng, phong phú cả về chất lượng và số lượng cho bối cảnh Rap ở Việt Nam trong một thời gian dài.

1️⃣ .Anterior Knee Pain ปวดเข่าด้านหน้า
ส่วนใหญ่มักเกิดจากกล้ามเนื้อรอบข้อเข่าตึงมากเกินไป แล้วทำให้ผิวกระดูกสะบ้า เสียดสีกับกระดูกต้นขามากขึ้น จึงเกิดอาการปวดได้
วิธีป้องกันและลดอาการเจ็บเบื้องต้น
> ควรยืดกล้ามเนื้อต้นขาด้านหน้า (Quadriceps) และ กล้ามเนื้องอสะโพก (Hip Flexor) อย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อลดอาการตึง และแรงกดของผิวกระดูกสะบ้าและกระดูกต้นขา
2️⃣ IT Band syndrome เจ็บเข่าด้านข้าง
เกิดจากการใช้งานกล้ามเนื้อสะโพกด้านข้าง (Tensor Fascia Latae) จนเกิดความตึงสะสม ทำให้แผ่นเนื้อเยื่อต้นขาด้านข้างตึงมากขึ้น เมื่อเกิดการเคลื่อนไหวซ้ำ จึงเกิดอาการเจ็บที่เข่าด้านข้างได้
วิธีป้องกันและลดอาการเจ็บเบื้องต้น
> ยืดกล้ามเนื้อสะโพกอย่างสม่ำเสมอ โดยเฉพาะสะโพกด้านข้าง ที่มักจะตึง
>ฝึกความแข็งแรงของก้นด้านข้างเพิ่ม (Gluteus Medius) เพื่อช่วยเพิ่มความมั่นคงของข้อสะโพกและข้อเข่า
3️⃣ Plantar Fasciitis เอ็นฝ่าเท้าอักเสบ
เกิดจากกล้ามเนื้อน่องร่วมกับเอ็นใต้ฝ่าเท้าตึง เมื่อเกิดการเคลื่อนไหวซ้ำในขณะที่ตึง จึงทำให้เกิดแรงกระชากของเอ็นใต้ฝ่าเท้าซ้ำๆ จนเกิดอาการบาดเจ็บเรื้อรังได้
วิธีป้องกันและลดอาการเจ็บเบื้องต้น
> ควรยืดกล้ามเนื้อน่อง(Gastrosoleus) อย่างสม่ำเสมอ โดยเฉพาะหลังวิ่งเพราะจะมีความตึงสะสมมาก
> ฝึกความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อน่องในมุมที่ถูกยืดยาวออก เช่น ท่า Eccentric Calf Raise
4️⃣ Shin Splint อาการเจ็บหน้าแข้ง
เกิดจากการใช้งานซ้ำ(Overuse) ของกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กบริเวณแข้ง จนเกิดการตึงสะสม เมื่อกล้ามเนื้อส่วนนี้ตึง จะทำให้เกิดการเบียดของโครงสร้างภายใน แล้วไปเบียดเส้นประสาท ทำให้มีอาการปวด และร้าวที่แข้งหรือน่องได้
วิธีป้องกันและลดอาการเจ็บเบื้องต้น
> ควรยืดกล้ามเนื้อหน้าแข้ง (Tibialis anterior , Peroneus) โดยเฉพาะหลังวิ่ง
> ควรยืดกล้ามเนื้อน่อง(Gastrosoleus) อย่างสม่ำเสมอ โดยเฉพาะหลังวิ่งเพราะจะมีความตึงสะสมมาก
> ฝึกความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อน่องในมุมที่ถูกยืดยาวออก. เช่น ท่า Eccentric Calf Raise
5️⃣ Back Pain ปวดหลัง
มักเกิดในคนที่มีสรีระหลังแอ่นร่วมด้วย หรือมีกล้ามเนื้อแกนกลางที่ไม่แข็งแรง ทำให้ขณะวิ่ง กล้ามเนื้อบริเวณหลังทำงานหนัก กล้ามเนื้อเกร็ง และอาจเกิดกล้ามเนื้อหลังอักเสบได้
> ยืดกล้ามเนื้อก้น (Gluteus) ต้นขาด้านหลัง (Hamstring) น่อง (Gastrosoleus) อย่างสม่ำเสมอ
> ปรับสรีระ ไม่ให้อยู่ในท่าหลังแอ่น ด้วยการยืดกล้ามเนื้องอสะโพก (Hip Flexor) และเสริม ความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อก้น(Gluteus) และหน้าท้อง (Rectus Abdominis)

趁距離渣馬仲有少少時間,快趣去搵物理治療師解決IT band痛症問題,physio三大酷刑走唔甩:按、針、超(聲波),痛到成頭汗,喺間房呻吟不斷⋯
痛症總有因,教練執咗跑姿,輪到物理治療師 @chadphysio 幫我搵下弱點。發現左右hip嘅平衡力不足,令小腿進一步受壓,即刻捉我做多幾組針對性動作。
近排玩個 #stryd ,明明自己覺得跑姿已經改善咗,但 form power ratio 仲維持喺0.3左右,力量流失咗去邊?睇怕就係平衡力不足,導致身體擺動,如果練好平衡力,跑步效率應該可以提升。

Bad Digestion, a four-song EP from Taiwanese hip-hop innovator/songwriter Leo Wang, is a snapshot of life in Taiwan -- or anywhere, for that matter -- in 2021.
Let's start with a familiar everyday scene: you're sitting at a table, chopsticks in one hand, phone in the other. You're shoveling down food with one hand, swiping through emotion and drama with the other.
All this grease and gripe, day in, day out, will eventually get to you. This idea inspired the reggae-driven title track, on which Leo sings: "It's emotion, it's hunger, it's fate, all pulling on me / All these mundane things in the world -- I just want to break free."
Time for a digestif, then. The Taiwanese don't agree on everything, but they agree a meal is always good with white rice, or "Baifun." This cut is Leo's ode to Taiwan's great uniter, and his backing band feeds us a generous serving, dripping with funk.
When the world's hard to swallow, one can medicate, but one can also meditate, as Leo does on the last two songs. The space jazz-rock-infused "Experienced That" reminds us of our cosmic selves, as we are constantly pushed and pulled between positive and negative forces. "Mirror" closes the EP with a morsel of common wisdom worth remembering: when we look at other people, what we actually see is a reflection of ourselves.

Bad Digestion is a release from KAO!INC., and was produced by Jerry Li, who also contributes on electric guitar, and features Adriano Moreira on drums, Eugene Yu (UG) on bass, Tseng-Yi Tseng on keyboard, and Minyen Hsieh on saxophones.
