《世界建築節入圍名單》

世界建築節（World Architecture Festival，簡稱WAF）為國際建築界除了普立茲克建築獎之外，規模最大、聲望最高的盛事之一。

每年在不同的城市舉辦，將世界各地的建築師、設計師集聚一堂。今年第13個年，將在葡萄牙里斯本舉辦。

本屆WAF/INSIDE共收到來自78個國家的1399件報名作品，其中560件作品入圍。

完工項目與景觀項目單元297件作品入圍，我們挑選了幾個作品。以下依序：

Many years ago when I was in Germany, Oma made this apple pie and I have felt in love right away with this version. I have made many apple pies in the past, but this one is simplier and nice.

When I was studying in Canada, I have learnt from my teacher's parents the Italian style apple pie with cinnamon. YUMMY.. I love it too.

Let me share this recipe first.

Ingredients for the BASE/DOUGH :
. 250g Flour
. 150g Sugar
. 125g Unsalted Butter (I like using Lupak)
. 2 eggs
. 1 teaspoon Vanilla
. 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
* Mix all together, wrap with cling wrap and leave inside the fridge for 1/2 hour.

Ingredients for top Crust/Crumb :
. 125g Flour
. 150g Sugar
. 90 g Butter
* Mix all together, wrap and leave inside the fridge for 1/2 hour.

Other Ingredients :
. 1kg Apple (Best to be yellow apples or Green Apples)
. 120g or more over the crumble for baking
. Vanilla Ice Cream

โตโยต้า มอเตอร์ ประเทศไทย เปิดตัว 2018 TOYOTA C-HR (โตโยต้า ซีเอชอาร์) รถครอสโอเวอร์ใหม่ล่าสุด ในไทย ที่งาน Thailand International Motor Expo 2017 หรือมหกรรมยานยนต์ครั้งที่ 34 โดยเตรียมส่ง 4 รุ่นย่อย ทั้งรุ่นเครื่องยนต์เบนซินและไฮบริด ทำตลาดในเมืองไทยต้นปี 2018

TOYOTA CHR (ที่ย่อมาจาก Coupe High Rider) รถยนต์ครอสโอเวอร์ใหม่ล่าสุด ได้รับการออกแบบมาเพื่อตอกย้ำแนวคิด Ever-better Cars (การสร้างยนตรกรรมที่ดียิ่งกว่า) ด้วยดีไซน์ที่ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากรูปทรงของเพชร ทำให้รูปลักษณ์ของ CHR มีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ สปอร์ต เฉียบคม โดดเด่น และเพียบพร้อมไปด้วย 4 เทคโนโลยีใหม่ คือ เครื่องยนต์ระบบไฮบริดเจเนอเรชั่นใหม่ โครงสร้าง TNGA, Toyota Safety Sense และTelematics ที่สำคัญToyota C-HR ยังผสมผสานความอเนกประสงค์ของตัวรถเข้าไว้ด้วยกันอย่างลงตัว สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า สร้างประสบการณ์ใหม่ในการขับขี่ที่สนุกสนานและประทับใจ

Toyota C-HR มาพร้อมขุมพลังเครื่องยนต์ 2 ทางเลือก ได้แก่ รุ่นเครื่องยนต์เบนซิน 1.8 ลิตร และรุ่นไฮบริด เบนซิน-ไฟฟ้า ความจุ 1.8 ลิตร เช่นกัน ซึ่งรุ่นไฮบริดใช้ระบบเดียวกันกับที่วางอยู่ในรุ่น Prius ปี 2018 ใหม่ล่าสุด ที่เป็นเครื่องยนต์เบนซิน 1.8 ลิตร ให้กำลังสูงสุด 98 แรงม้า แรงบิดสูงสุด 142 นิวตัน-เมตร และมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าขนาด 72 แรงม้า แรงบิดสูงสุด 163 นิวตัน-เมตร ส่งกำลังด้วยเกียร์อัตโนมัติแบบ CVT

ลูกค้าที่สนใจ สามารถเลือกเป็นเจ้าของ TOYOTA C-HR ใน 4 รุ่นย่อย โดยมี 6 สีให้เลือก สำหรับรุ่นไฮบริด

ส่วนราคาโดยประมาณตามที่ทางทีมงาน CarDebuts ทราบมาอย่างไม่เป็นทางการ ทั้ง 4 รุ่นย่อย มีดังนี้

รุ่นเริ่มต้น เครื่องยนต์เบนซิน 1.8 ลิตร คาดว่าราคาจะอยู่ที่ไม่เกิน 1 ล้านบาท
รุ่นต่อมา เครื่องยนต์เบนซิน 1.8 ลิตร เช่นกัน ราคาจะอยู่ที่ประมาณ 1 ล้านบาท บวกลบไม่เกิน 2 หมื่นบาท
รุ่นรองท็อป ซึ่งเป็นรุ่น hybrid คาดว่าจะอยู่ที่ 1,050,000 บาท
ส่วนรุ่นท็อป ซึ่งเป็นรุ่น hybrid เช่นกัน ราคาจำหน่ายคาดว่าจะอยู่ที่ไม่เกิน 1,200,000 บาท
โดยราคาดังกล่าวยังไม่รวมสีพิเศษ

อย่างไรก็ตาม ราคาโดยประมาณดังกล่าว อาจจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ ในภายหลัง
