Bahan-bahan (Kek)
5 biji telur
10 gm tepung jagung
120 gm gula aising
110 gm tepung naik sendiri
80 gm minyak jagung
1 sb serbuk penaik
1 sb esen vanila
Bahan-bahan (Telur Putih Keju)
250 gm krim keju
125 gm gula aising
1 sb esen vanila
1 1/2 sb esen mangga
250 ml susu segar
Bahan-bahan (Telur Merah Puding)
400 ml air
1 paket serbuk puding mangga
Cara memasak
1. Kek: Dengan menggunakan mesin pengadun, pukul telur sehingga kembang kemudian masukkan gula aising sedikit demi sedikit sehinggga sebati. Kemudian, masukkan esen vanila.
2. Ayakkan tepung jagung, tepung naik sendiri, serbuk penaik ke dalam dan kacau sebati menggunakan teknik kaup-balik.
3. Kemudian, tuangkan minyak jagung dan kacau sebati.
4. Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang kek yang dialaskan dengan baking paper.
5. Bakar pada suhu 160 selama 30-40 minit.
6. Keluarkan dan sejukkan kek seketika. Ketepikan.
7. Telur Putih Keju: Pukul krim keju, gula aising, susu segar, esen vanila, dan esen mangga.
8. Pukul sehingga kembang dan larut. Ketepikan.
9. Puding Telur Merah: Masak air sehingga mendidih dan masukkan serbuk puding mangga.
10. Masak sehingga larut dan tuangkan campuran tersebuk ke dalam mangkuk.
11. Biarkan puding tersebut mengeras seketika di dalam peti ais.
12. Kemudian, tuangkan telur putih keju ke atas kek dan letakkan puding mangga di tengah-tengah kek.
13. Kek telur mata siap untuk dihidangkan.

This viral cake is actually a combination of fluffy sponge cake, cream cheese and mango pudding. Umm, yummy! It's really easy to make too!
Amazing Fried Egg Cake Recipe
Ingredients (Cake)
5 nos eggs
10 gm corn flour
120 gm icing sugar
110 gm self raising flour
80 gm corn oil
1 tbsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
Ingredients (Egg White Cheese)
250 gm cream cheese
125 gm icing sugar
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
1 1/2 tbsp of mango essence
250 ml fresh milk
Ingredients (Egg Yolk Pudding)
400 ml water
1 packet mango pudding powder
Cooking methods
1. Cake: While using mixer, beat egg until fluffy then add in icing sugar bit by bit until combine. Then, add in vanilla essence.
2. Sieve corn flour, self raising flour, baking powder and mix everything well using folding technique.
3. Then, pour in corn oil and mix everything well.
4. Pour the batter into cake mold that layered with baking paper.
5. Bake at 160 for 30-40 minutes.
6. Take out from the oven and let them cool. Set aside.
7. Egg White Cheese: Beat cream cheese, icing sugar, fresh milk, vanilla essence and mango essence.
8. Beat until the mixture fluffy and dissolve. Set aside.
9. Egg Yolk Pudding: Cook water until boiling and add in mango pudding powder.
10. Cook until the powder dissolve and pour the mixture into mold.
11. Let them set inside fridge for while.
12. Then, pour the egg white cheese and put the mango pudding at center of the cake.
13. Egg fried cake is ready to be served.

이번에 냉장고에 남은 마지막 소중한 대만 애플망고로
상큼하게 여름에 먹기 좋은 애플망고 치즈무스케이크를 만들어봤어요
조리과정은 생각보다 쉬우니 한번 해보세요~
這次用冰箱裡剩的最後一顆珍貴的台灣愛文芒果
做成爽口、適合夏天吃的芒果乳酪慕斯蛋糕!
料理過程比想像中簡單,試做一次看看吧~
【애플망고 치즈무스케이크】
준비물(1호, 6인치 케이크틀 기준) ▸
바닥: 비스킷/biscuit(6ea), 무염버터/unsalted butter(30g)
중간층: 크림치즈/cream cheese(200g), 생크림/fresh cream(200g), 우유/milk(100g), 젤라틴 가루/gelatin powder(10g), 물/water(60g), 애플망고/apple mango(100g), 설탕/sugar(20g)
맨 위층: 애플망고/apple mango(100g), 젤라틴 가루/gelatin powder(4g), 물/water(24g), 설탕/sugar(20g)
조리순서 ▸
애플망고 치즈무스케이크
① 비스킷을 지퍼백에 넣고 부순 후 녹인 버터를 부어 섞어주기
② 케이크틀에 담고 바닥 부분가 되도록 꾹꾹 눌러주기
③ 우유와 설탕을 넣고 80도까지 데워주면 불 끄고 50도까지 내려올 때까지 기다리기
④ 젤라틴 가루 10g에 찬물 60g 부어 10~15분 불려 충분히 물을 흡수시킨 후 중탕으로 녹여서 사용하기
⑤ 물에 녹인 젤라틴을 ③에 넣어주기
⑥ 젤라틴 혼합물이 식는 동안 망고 썰어 두 그릇으로 나눠주기(각 100g정도)
⑦ 생크림을 60%정도 휘핑해서 준비하기
⑧ 크림치즈와 젤라틴 혼합물을 나눠넣어 섞어주기
⑨ 휘핑된 생크림을 ⑧에 넣어 섞어주기
⑩ 믹서기로 썰어둔 망고 한 그릇을 갈아 ⑨에 넣어 섞어주기
⑪ 처음에 준비해둔 케이크틀에 망고치즈무스를 부어주기
⑫ 남은 망고, 물에 녹인 젤라틴(젤라틴 가루 4g+물 24g, 녹이는 방법 ④ 참조), 설탕 넣고 갈아서 맨 위층에 올려주기
⑬ 8시간 이상 냉장하면 완성!
식재료 비용 ▸ 총 7,500원안팎

底部: 消化餅乾(6片)、無鹽奶油(30g)
中間層: 奶油乳酪(200g)、鮮奶油(200g)、牛奶(100g)、吉利丁粉(10g)、水(60g)、愛文芒果(100g)、糖(20g)
最上層: 愛文芒果(100g)、吉利丁粉(4g)、水(24g)、糖(20g)
料理順序 ▸
① 將消化餅乾放入夾鏈袋弄碎後,倒入融化的奶油攪拌
② 倒入蛋糕模,壓實使其成為蛋糕底部
③ 倒入牛奶和糖煮至80度後,關火冷卻至50度
④ 吉利丁粉10g加冷水60g泡10~15分鐘,使吉利丁充分吸收水分後,隔水加熱使其融化
⑤ 將融化的吉利丁倒入③
⑥ 吉利丁混合物冷卻期間,切好芒果分裝2碗(各約100g左右)
⑦ 將鮮奶油打發至60%
⑧ 奶油乳酪與吉利丁混合物分次攪拌
⑨ 將打發的鮮奶油倒入⑧攪拌
⑩ 用果汁機攪打一碗芒果倒入⑨攪拌
⑪ 將芒果乳酪慕斯倒入一開始準備的蛋糕模
⑫ 攪打剩下的芒果、融化的吉利丁(吉利丁粉4g+水24g,融化方法參考④)、糖,倒至最上層
⑬ 冷藏8小時以上即可!
食材費用 ▸ 一共7,500韓元左右(約台幣305元)
