灌蛋蔥油餅
材料
蔥油餅 1片 flaky scallion pancake 1pcs
蛋液 1顆 beaten eggs 1pcs
氣旋循環好 每一口都酥脆蓬鬆
作法
1. 氣炸鍋烤盤噴油,放入蔥油餅,表面再噴油。(小字—噴油可以增加蔥油餅酥脆口感)
2. 以160℃氣炸約6分鐘,至蔥油餅膨脹。
3. 打開氣炸鍋,在蛋餅膨脹處剪開十字缺口。
4. 灌入蛋液後,再以160℃回炸10分鐘即可。
起司蔥油餅
材料
蔥油餅 1片 flaky scallion pancake 1pcs
起司片 1片 cheese slices 1pcs
作法
1. 氣炸鍋烤盤噴油,放入蔥油餅,表面再噴油。
2. 以160℃氣炸約6分鐘,至蔥油餅膨脹。
3. 打開氣炸鍋,用鍋鏟薑蔥油餅拍打至鬆且有層次。

作法
1. 氣炸鍋烤盤噴油,放入蔥油餅,表面再噴油。
2. 以160℃氣炸約6分鐘,至蔥油餅膨脹。
3. 打開氣炸鍋,在蛋餅表面塗上蛋液,蓋上酥皮,再塗上蛋液。
4. 再以160℃回炸3分鐘至酥皮膨起且上色即可。
麻辣蔥油餅
材料

醬油膏 1大匙 thick soy sauce 1pcs
辣椒末 10公克 chili 10g
蒜末 10公克 garlic 10g
蔥花 20公克 scallion 20g
香菜末 10公克 coriander 10g
花生碎 10公克 peanuts 10g
作法
1. 氣炸鍋烤盤噴油,放入蔥油餅,表面再噴油。
2. 以160℃氣炸約6分鐘,至蔥油餅膨脹。
3. 趁氣炸時將醬油膏、辣椒末、蒜末、蔥花、香菜末混合成醬料。
4. 打開氣炸鍋,用鍋鏟薑蔥油餅拍打至鬆且有層次。
5. 再以160℃回炸3分鐘至酥脆,鋪上適量作法3調好的醬料與花生碎。
6. 再以160℃回炸3分鐘即可。
海苔蔥油餅
材料
蔥油餅 1片 flaky scallion pancake 1pcs
醬油膏 適量 thick soy sauce q.s.
美乃滋 適量 mayonnaise q.s.
海苔粉 適量 aonori seaweed flakes q.s.
作法
1. 氣炸鍋烤盤噴油,放入蔥油餅,表面再噴油。
2. 以160℃氣炸約6分鐘,至蔥油餅膨脹。
3. 打開氣炸鍋,用鍋鏟薑蔥油餅拍打至鬆且有層次。
4. 再以160℃回炸約3分鐘至酥脆。

Hello friends! Today we're going to share with you how to make a classic French style pie: Strawberry & Blueberry Galette, aka Fruit Galette.
Fruit galette is so gorgeous in its rustic form. It’s a French pastry similar to a tart or a pie, the famous one is Galette des rois (king cake). The fruit galette is another free form pie with fruit filling, and the crust folded partway over the top of the filling, looks like a flat round pie. The best part is the pastry dough is simple to make for even beginners, it's quite a bit less effort than puff pastry, but the result is amazing.
In this video we'll show you how to make the delicious strawberry galette in an easy way. This galette recipe features jammy strawberries and an ultra flaky, buttery crust. Enjoy. :)

How to make French Strawberry & Blueberry Galette
French Style Strawberry & Blueberry Galette Recipe
☞ Yield: Serve 3~4
✎ Ingredients
📍 Pie dough
all purpose flour 100g (plus more for dusting)
granulated sugar 15g
a pinch of salt
unsalted butter 80g (Iced, cut into cubes)
iced water 30g
one egg
crystal brown sugar Q.S
📍fruits filling
strawberries 180g
blueberries 40g
granulated sugar 30g
corn starch 6g
half lemon zest
lemon juice 2g
✎ Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt together until well combined.
2. Add very cold butter cubes and toss in the flour and until each piece is coated. Just take a piece of butter, using your fingertips to press it flat, then complete all. If your fingers warm up the butter too much, you can chill for 10 minutes
3. Add ice water and mix with your fingertips until the dough holds together enough to form a ball. If too dry, drop the remaining water. Lumps of dough are OK.
4. Put the dough onto a piece of plastic wrap, and flatten into a disk and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Make the fruit filling. Pinch off the green and slice the strawberries.
6. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries and blueberries with sugar and cornstarch. Zest half of lemon and squeeze a little lemon juice. Toss the fruit mixture together, set aside.
7. Lightly flour your working surface, so the pastry doesn't stick. Unwrap the dough and roll it into a 26cm/10-inch round circle about 3mm~4mm thick.
8. Pile the fruit filling onto the center of the dough and leave at least 2 inches border around the edge. Fold the edges of the dough up and over the filling.
9. Brush the edges with the egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
10. Preheat the oven to 220C and bake for 25 minutes. Once baked, transfer onto a wire rack and cool completely.
10. Let cool before slicing and serving with an ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream to take it to the next level!

煎蘿蔔糕
好吃關鍵:間蘿蔔糕油要夠多,才會外酥內嫩
材料
蘿蔔糕 8片 Chinese turnip cake 8pcs
雞蛋 3顆 egg 3pcs
作法
1. 牛排機設定煎烤功能210℃。 (PS.蛋餅有拍溫度設定)
2. 加入1茶匙油,放入蘿蔔糕。(小字-想要更香酥,可以再淋上一些油)
3. 煎至底部焦香上色,再翻面繼續煎至另一面焦香上色。
4. 一邊切成小塊,加入蛋液煎至凝固;另外一邊直接勝盤即可。(小字—想更豐富可以加入蛋液,口感更有層次)
古早味蛋餅
好吃關鍵:蛋液入大量空氣口感更蓬鬆
材料
A
雞蛋 2顆 egg 2pcs
蔥花 15公克 scallion 15g
B
中筋麵粉 200公克 plain flour 200g
水 260ml water 260ml
蔥花 30公克 scallion 30g
鹽 1/2茶匙 salt 1/2tsp.
C
培根 2片 bacon 2pcs
作法
1. 將所有材料B混合均勻成麵糊備用。
2. 牛排機設定煎烤功能210℃。
3. 煎盤上噴少許油,兩邊煎盤都倒入1大匙麵糊。
4. 將麵糊攤開,煎至底部凝固,將蛋餅推移一下,讓底部煎得更均勻。
5. 一邊烤盤放上培根煎至焦香。(小字—瀝油孔設計,排除多餘油脂更健康)
6. 將餅底部煎至上色,翻面後繼續煎至另一面也上色。
7. 材料A混合成蛋液,倒入前再充分拌勻。(小字—充分拌勻打入空氣煎起來更蓬鬆)
8. 將餅夾起,倒入蛋液再蓋回餅,煎至蛋液凝固。
9. 一邊放上煎好的培根捲起,一邊直接對折。(小字-一次煎好兩種口味,全家早餐一次搞定)
10. 起鍋剪小段即可。
漢堡
好吃關鍵:加水煎漢堡排更軟嫩
材料
漢堡麵包 2片 hamburger 2pcs
漢堡肉排 2片 patty 2pcs
雞蛋 2顆 egg 2pcs
生菜片 適量 lettuce q.s.
番茄片 2片 tomato 2pcs
洋蔥絲 適量 onion q.s.
番茄醬 適量 ketchup q.s.
美奶滋 適量 mayonnaise q.s.
作法
1. 牛排機設定煎烤功能210℃。
2. 倒入1茶匙油,放入漢堡肉排一邊煎一邊壓,上火那一側放入切開的漢堡麵包。(小字—壓一壓肉質較鬆軟 / 麵包、肉排一次煎好超便利)
3. 煎上色後翻面再煎一下,加入水煎至水分收乾。
4. 將漢堡肉移至一邊,加入雞蛋煎凝固。
5. 關掉上火,將麵包切麵抹上美奶滋,繼續讓麵包用餘溫保溫。
6. 麵包放上生菜片、番茄片、洋蔥絲與煎好的肉排,再放上雞蛋。
7. 擠上番茄醬,蓋上麵包即可。
鐵板麵
好吃關鍵:麵先用水拌炒不結團又有口感
材料
油麵 500公克 alkaline noodle 500g
黑胡椒醬 5大匙 black pepper sauce 5tbsp.
蘑菇醬 5大匙 mushroom sauce 5tbsp.
美生菜絲 適量 lettuce q.s.
小黃瓜絲 適量 cucumber q.s.
雞蛋 2顆 egg 2pcs
作法
1. 牛排機設定煎烤功能210℃。
2. 放入油麵(兩邊各250公克)與適量的水,將麵拌拌炒鬆開。(小字—用水炒麵Q彈不硬)
3. 將麵炒軟後,兩邊各加入黑胡椒醬與蘑菇醬炒勻。(小字—利用市售醬料,早餐準備更容易)
4. 再加入美生菜絲、小黃瓜絲拌勻即可。(小字—早餐加點生菜更均衡)
蔥抓餅
好吃關鍵:將餅拍鬆吃起來更有層次感
材料
蔥油餅 2片 flaky scallion pancake 2pcs
雞蛋 1顆 egg 1pcs
作法
1. 牛排機設定煎烤功能210℃。
2. 倒入少許油,放入蔥油餅煎至底部上色。
3. 翻面再煎至另一面上色。
4. 用鍋鏟加住餅的中間,再用另外一隻鍋鏟,將餅一邊轉一邊由外向內將餅拍鬆。
5. 夾起餅倒入打勻的蛋液,再蓋上餅煎凝固即可。(小字—原味香酥好吃,加蛋更豐富)
