My all time Filipino dessert 🍨 #halohalo from Bama Grill
When in Boracay, make sure to drop at BAMA grill and never miss their halo-halo (my favourite place to go to when it comes to halo-halo). The taste, the sweetness is so perfect. If you go and try it out, you’ll know what I mean.

ARINA Bar & Restaurant
After two weeks of living in Boracay Island, the Philippines, I decided to create reviews for the places I go to to help this beloved island improve their food, drinks, price and services.
Boracay Island the Philippines is one of the best islands in the world- best beach, best sunset, and that also should reflect to what the island offers- food, a place to stay, drinks, activities, and most importantly, the service.
Today, I will be giving you a short review of Arina Bar and Restaurant, a new neighborhood bar which is located in Yapak.
I live nearby and for two weeks, I have been passing by this place. Until one day, I decided to get inside and inquire about what they offer. Arina offers mostly amazing Filipino food in their menu. And though I have not dined in for a full meal, I ordered what they offered that night for a dessert, Buko Pandan.
I checked their menu and they have comprehensive Filipino food choices. I also asked about their bar and they mentioned they have plenty of cocktails to choose from, which I will be coming back for when I am done with my alcohol fasting.
The place is amazing. The interior is so refreshing as it is tropical, imported from Zambales. The music is just loud enough that people can still talk. They currently follow Covid19 measures to protect both staff and customers. The Buko Pandan was fresh and delicious, I love the level of sweetness without compromising its freshness.
Though the place looks expensive, the price of the food they offer is very affordable which most of the places I went to lack to innovate about. I will be coming for more to review some of the meals they offer and the drinks they offer, so stay tune.
NEXT: I went to the most expensive place in Boracay to dine it, and it was an absolute disaster. Follow for my review of that restaurant.

We gave random strangers in NYC the amazing Filipino dessert leche flan to try! They had never had it before and they really loved it! Super cool to see Americans trying leche flan for the first time, and to spread a bit of Pinoy culture in NYC!
We got it from a small Filipino cafe in NYC called Kabisera that makes the dessert from scratch, so it was super authentic and delicious. Made with egg yolk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sugar. They did not sponsor this video, but they are super nice, and if you want can check their cafe out at: https://www.yelp.com/biz/kabisera-new-york-2
