(Rosela infantum หรือ Exanthem subitum)
A Appetile
B Bradycardia
C Convalescence rash !!
D Diuresis
🥺🥺🥺
There are 2 diseases in child doctor's disease.
If the patient is in the hospital.
I have fever and I have rashes
The doctor will be very glad.
I'm really crying 😂😂😂
So it's gone.
Got to go home is
1) fever or learning rose
(Rosela infantum infantum Exanthem subitum)
It's caused by.
- infected with herpes group, type 6 or 7
- 6-24 months old
- I come with only one fever for 3-5 days. Some high fever can make me have some seizures. Head in front of Pong.
- When I have fever is down, I will take a small red pill.
- Found a liquid film.
- When I have fever, rash will rise from my stomach, my body will spread to my arms and legs.
- This disease has no preventive vaccine.
- There is no cure.
2) Dengue fever
_ infected with dengue virus
_ There are 4 strains from passing through mosquitoes that have bites.
_ There are 3 phases.
Phase 1 fever.
- High fever. Floating for 2-7 days. There are 4 headaches, cylinder, eyes, muscles, bones, rashes, spots, bleeding, nausea, vomiting. Eat less food. I usually do n
Phase 2: Crisis or shock
- Continued from the 1nd period. Eat for 24-72 hours.
- Started from less than 100,000 platelets.
- I often find that I have low fever from the 1nd stage. I still have a fever or no fever.
- This phase is scary because I can die.
- Die from why some patients have leaky blood vessels like a broken tap water pipe. Plasma leaks water, organs are not flowing. It affects liver, kidney failure, kidney failure, abnormal blood clotting, dead bleeding.
There are 4 styles in phase 2
_ type 1; how many fever is this?
Dengue fever or. DF is not severe because blood vessels don't leak. Most patients are usually like this. Nearly 85 % of the patients.
_ Type 2: Dengue
Dengue hemorrhagic fever or DHF with leaky blood vessels or plasma. 10-15 % of patients die. If they come to see a doctor late, they die because of plasma time leaks. The patient will know about it. But they may be tired. Absorbing thirsty stomach pain
_ Type 3 Dengue shock
Dengue shock syndrome or DSSS. The patient is shocked similar to DHF, but there is a shock collar with blood vessels. 3-5 % found.
Leak of blood vessels will last 48-72 hours. After a leak, body will repair itself.
So 48-72 hours. After platelet. 100,000, doctors check blood tests frequently every 4-6 hours. To evaluate the leakage of blood vessels
_ Type 4 Dengue. Weird symptom.
Expanded dengue syndrome or EDS. Patient is not in. There are 3 types of first 3 types. There are 3 types.
_ Having congenital disease already, the symptom is worse.
_ More infections
_ Other complications are joint severe such as excessive water, brain, heart, liver, kidney failure, bleeding a lot.
All 4 DF DHF DSS or EDS. Doctors will diagnose when they pass 24-72 hours. According to the patient and blood results.
Phase 3, recovering.
_ Continue from the 2th phase.
_ The patient has 4 symptoms.
A Appetile. I'm hungry. I can eat a lot.
B Bradycardia. Heart beat slowly.
C Convalescence rash!! Itchy with white spot rash on red floor.
Diuresis urinate so much
This 3nd phase is the easiest to notice.
The patient will complain about itching k̄hæn rashes on the legs, arms.
If the doctor sees the patient complaining about itching + rash, I will be happy. It's safe to go home.
Weird but true
Dengue name, but most patients don't bleed..!!!
Dying from plasma leaking leaky blood vessels
_ Dengue fever has vaccine preventive but must have a history before. Maybe DF DHF DSS or EDS. 9-45 years injection. Not free. Pay by yourself.
(70 % prevent disease. Prevent sleeping in the hospital. 80 % anti-severe 90 %)
_ Nowadays, no medicine, only treatment for the treatment. To take care of the mineral salt water substances in the body. Not too much, no complications.
🥺 All 2 diseases have to go through a fever before 3-5 days to have a rash.
All 2 rash diseases that are not dangerous. 3-5 days can be back to normal.
No need to apply or take medicine.
But if it's very itchy, I will give you an itchy medicine and kalamide to fix itchy.
The world is strange.
Weird but true
There is a disease that the patient has rashes.
And the doctor is glad.
Ps... itching legs, not itching ears.
This one the doctor can't help it.

#PleaseShare #COVID19
According to the WHO and Chinese officials, the incubation period of the novel corona virus between disease exposure to the onset of symptoms ranges from 2 to 12 days (7 days on average).
However, based on the general view, the incubation period of COVID-19could be up to 14 days.
Based on the current literature related toCOVID-19, the clinical expression ofCOVID-19caninclude fever, weakness, respiratory symptoms (mainly dry cough) and in some cases, breathing difficulties can follow.
About 1 to 2 percent of the patients might develop severe pneumonia, adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), multiple organ failure or shock, leading to death. Most of the deceased patients had concurrent chronic disease such as diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease or cardiovascular disease.
*Prevension
There is no vaccine to prevent corona virus infections. Daily preventative steps to take include avoiding affected regions, avoiding local hospitals or clinics unless necessary, avoiding eating uncooked meat or eggs, avoiding being in contact with animals and dead animals, and maintain good health habits.
Steps to practice good health habits are as follows:
Please keep your hands clean and wash your hands with soap frequently. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizers.
However, soap and water should be used preferentially if hands are visibly dirty. You should wash your hands immediately after coughing or sneezing; after using the toilet; and if your hands touch any secretions from your respiratory tract, stool or body fluids such as urine. In addition, please refrain from touching your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands.
Pay attention to respiratory tract hygiene and cough etiquette.
a. If you have respiratory symptoms, please wear a medical-grade face mask and keep at least 1 meter away from others while talking to them.
b. If your hands touch any secretions from your respiratory tract, please wash your hands with soap and water thoroughly.
c. If you develop a cough or other respiratory symptoms, you should wear a medical face mask. When your mask is contaminated by secretions of nose or mouth, please fold it, throw it into the trash immediately, and wear a new one.
d. You should cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or handkerchief when coughing or sneezing. If you don’t have a tissue or handkerchief, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve.
*Use of masks
a. Medical-grade face masks are mainly used for preventing the spread of disease and protect people around you. People are advised to wear medical masks when you go to see a doctor or accompany a patient; when you have symptoms of respiratory infections; and if you go out with people with weak immune systems or chronic disease. You should wash your hands frequently to protect yourself from catching illness in other situations.
b. To wear a medical mask properly, you should ensure that the water-repellent side (usually green) faces outwards. You should not remove your mask when talking, coughing or sneezing to prevent the spread of disease. You should replace your face mask if it is visibly soiled.
c. Steps to put on a medical face mask:
i. Open the package and examine if the mask is damaged.
ii. Put the elastic bands around both ears, fit the metallic strip over the nose bridge and extend the mask to cover your chin.
iii. Press firmly down on the metallic strip so that it fits around your nose
iv. Ensure that there are no gaps
d. You don’t need a face mask in open spaces, including walking on the streets or doing outdoor exercises.
*What to do while sick
If you have flu-like symptoms, including fever, headache, runny nose, sore throat, cough, muscle aches, fatigue/tiredness, and sometimes diarrhea. After your symptoms develop, you should rest, take and record your temperature regularly, drink water and eating nourishing food, observe your condition and take symptom-relieving drugs such as pain relievers/fever reducers to observe if they work.
You should rest at home for at least 24 hours after the symptoms improve.
You should seek medical attention if your fever lasts longer than 24 hours or is accompanied by other symptoms, such as purulent nasal discharge and purulent sputum, severe vomiting or shortness of breath.
You should inform the doctor of any history of travel, occupation, contact, and cluster (TOCC) when seeking medical attention.
You should follow the triage arrangement at the hospital if you have a fever to ensure efficient medical care and the health of medical personnel.
You should avoid going to school or work, attending gatherings and visiting crowded or poorly-ventilated public spaces while sick. You should avoid using public transportation to prevent the spread of disease if you need to go outside.
While staying at home, you should stay in a specific room, keep good airflow in the house, and avoid close contact with other people in your home, such as eating at the same table, kissing, hugging or sexual contact.
People living with the sick person should also pay attention to personal hygiene, wash hands frequently and refrain from touching eyes, nose and mouth with hands. Babies, children and the elderly or people with compromised immune system in the same household must keep at least 1 meter away from the sick person.
If the living environment requires disinfection, you can apply 1:100 diluted bleach (500 ppm).
That is, household chlorine bleach (a 5-6% sodium hypochlorite solution, providing 50,000–60,000ppm available chlorine) is diluted in water at 1:100 to clean object surfaces, such as doorknobs, desks and switches.
You can use disposable teaspoons (one teaspoon is about 20 cc), small Yakult bottles (one bottle is about 100 cc) and large plastic bottles (one bottle is about 1,250 cc) and follow the instructions below to make diluted bleach:
a. Large amount: mix 100 cc of bleach (5 teaspoons or 1 small Yakult bottle) in 10 liters of water (8 large plastic bottles) and fully stir the solution before using.
b. Small amount: pour 10 cc of bleach into 1 liter of water and fully stir the solution before using.

A few months ago, Hong Kong-ers are talking about which mask best guards us from teargas, after 7 months, we are still discussing about mask, but now about which one can guard us against a new pneumonia originating from Wuhan, China.
The deadly new coronavirus outbreak remind us of SARS in 2003, started in the Chinese city of Wuhan, and has entered the stage of transmission among families and hospital, it is a full-blown community epidemic. We are all terrified because this new virus reminds us of how the Chinese government covered up the severity of SARS (Severe acute respiratory syndrome) which infected 8,098 people and took away 774 lives across 30 countries in 2003.
In 2003, the outbreak of SARS was traced to the selling of wild animal, like snakes, civet cats and bats in wet markets in China’s Southern Guangdong province, and the first patient was infected after preparing for a meal of chicken, cat and snake, and later infected others. During the initial stages of the outbreak, the Chinese government concealed information from the public, limiting mitigation efforts and exacerbating the spread of SARS.
Chinese government did not notified the WHO of SARS until February 2003, allowing it to flourish and spread to Hong Kong, infecting 1,755 people and took away 299 lives. I was just a kid at the time, I remember school was cancelled and I was staring at the news everyday for updates on infection and death numbers, I can still recall how desperate we were.
Similar to SARS, the Huanan Seafood Market, which sells meat is sold alongside live animals like dogs, hares, and civets, in Wuhan is thought to be the starting point for the virus outbreak. A week earlier, Chinese government claimed the outbreak of the Wuhan-virus was “preventable and controllable” and this week it was forced to admit that the virus was able to spread person-to-person and there are cases of infection were reported by people who never set foot in Wuhan. However, Chinese were being arrested by authorities and were accused of spreading rumours about the Wuhan-virus, despite it was officially acknowledged.
More worryingly, the Chinese authorities have decided to shut down outbound transportation from Wuhan on Thursday morning, citizens of Wuhan were rushing to leave the city by trains or airplanes to go to other cities or countries despite having fever or other symptoms of pneumonia, suggesting a massive outbreak is imminent.
There are cases of Wuhan-virus infection reported in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, the US and France, scientists suspected that there may be 1,000 to 2,300 actual infections since December 2019, which are significantly higher than those 550 confirmed cases released by Chinese government so far. It is very likely that the Chinese government attempts to cover up the Wuhan-virus. It is the most irresponsible thing a government can do to its people and other states in the world. Lives of citizens and medical personnel are at stake because of the Chinese government’s attempt to cover up the severity of the virus, instead of protecting them.
It worries me to see this highly contagious Wuhan-virus have infected people in Europe, and I fear there will be more cases after Lunar New Year as many Chinese students will travel back to Europe from China after the holidays, increasing the risk of the virus being transmitted into Europe.
To protect yourself and your community from this epidemic, please wear a mask in public. The last thing I’d like to see is another similar outbreak of disease like SARS in anywhere in the world.
