You might have noticed that I’ve been posting quite consistently about my nutrient intake, from the sort of supplements I take to the types of food/cooking I eat and do. I believe for us women to be and stay in momentum (@womentum.life 😉) we have to pay careful attention to what we put in our body. Today I made the very popular Dalgona coffee with 2 other variations.
To successfully whip up the coffee you will need equal parts of instant coffee powder, sugar and hot water. You must use HOT water it will be so much easier to whip up the coffee. For matcha and chocolate, they don't have the stabilizer which is presented in coffee so whipping cream is needed in order to create the same effect. You can adjust the amount of sugar for matcha and chocolate dalgona by adjusting the sugar.

Oh, and of course, you can use electrical hand mixer to do the recipes by all means! Oh and don't drink the Dalgona coffee at night because it is very concentrated!

↓ Very simple and delicious Dalgona Coffee recipe ↓

►Dalgona Coffee:

Instant coffee powder 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon (6g)
Sugar 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon (16g)
Hot Water 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon (20ml)
Milk or any drink of your choice

►Dalgona Matcha:

Matcha powder 2 teaspoons (2g)
Whipping cream 60ml
Sugar 2 teaspoons (8g)
Milk or any drink of your choice

►Dalgona Chocolate:

Cocoa powder 2 teaspoons (3-4g)
Whipping cream 60ml
Sugar 2 teaspoons (8g)
Marshmallow and cocoa powder for decoration
Hot chocolate milk or any drink of your choice

►400次咖啡:

即沖咖啡粉 1湯匙+1 茶匙 (6克）
白砂糖 1湯匙+1 茶匙 (16克)
熱水 1湯匙+1 茶匙 (20毫升)
牛奶

►400次抺茶:
抺茶粉 2 茶匙 (2克）
淡忌廉 60毫升
糖 2茶匙 (8克)
牛奶

►400次朱古力
可可粉 2 茶匙 (3-4克)
淡忌廉 60毫升
糖 2茶匙 (8克)
棉花糖及可可粉 少許
熱朱古力奶

No sleep for 24hours. Recently my sleeping schedule is back to shit again. Sleeping in the morning waking up at the late afternoon time. So i had to do something about it.

On this day i try to turn my sleeping schedule back to normal. So i decided to stay up all the way till the next day afternoon/night time. Could not tahan till night so i slept at late afternoon instead.
