【我喝的不是所謂的威士忌，是淋漓盡致的美】
昨天下午受邀參加，#帝亞吉歐 Prima & Ultima #極奢原酒 的品酒會。一套八款，包含了我鍾愛的Cragganmore克拉格摩爾、Lagavulin樂加維林、Mortlach慕赫2.81、Clynelish克里尼利基，以及The Singleton (Dufftown)蘇格登、Caol Ila 卡爾里拉、Port Ellen波特艾倫、Talisker泰斯卡。
品酒筆記與詳細論述從略。但我想從兩個角度總結今天的經驗：
一、從高濃度、高年數裝瓶的角度來看，每一款都超級精彩。
二、並不是每一款都符合既定的廠區風格印象，也因此，遇見不少驚喜！

Yesterday I was invited to taste some of the rarest Single Malt Scotch whiskies. It was really difficult to tell which one is the best. Each of them distinguishes itself perfectly, showcasing distillery character in an elegant way. Despite higher ABVs, the strength is finely wrapped by flavors and balanced by their incredible depth. It was almost an intellectual exercise rather than a tasting event.
昨天我受邀品嘗極度珍稀的蘇格蘭威士忌。品嘗之後，非常難決定那一款表現最佳。每一款都精彩卓絕，優雅地展現了酒廠個性。雖然都是高酒精濃度的裝瓶，酒精勁道被層層風味完美包覆，不可思議的深沈韻味，恰與酒感彼此協調。這體驗，幾乎像一場智能競賽，而不是一場品酒會而已。
I didn't tasted what's called whisky. In the end, I believed I experienced sheer Scotch beauty.
