每年的新年期望對我來說充滿正面能量,但其實我更重視平常生活中的「決議」= 做或不做的決定 ☝🏽🧨
無論1月1日或任何一天,最寶貴的時間還是現在,最重要的一步還是下一步👣
對我而言 最累最難的一直以來是「做決定」,因為我心裡的小孩想要的是「全部」
但人生的美麗在於 一旦做了選擇,接受了犧牲,此時就會感受內在的和平。 因為決定了,接下來走的路才掌握在自己的手中,成為自己的責任,自己的權力
如果世界上有你不同意的問題,那就讓它成為「你」的問題吧!如果你希望事情改變,但不承擔任何責任,該如何更改?

I don’t really believe in New Years resolutions, but I do care about daily resolutions - DECISIONS to do or not do.
No matter if January 1st or any other day, the only time that is important is NOW, and the only step you can take is the next.
For me the hardest part in life has always been “making a decision”. My ego usually doesn’t want to decide, it wants it all.
But the thing is, once you make a choice and accept the sacrifices, it brings peace. The path is now in YOUR hands, YOUR responsibility, and your POWER.
“If there are things in this world you want to be different, make them YOUR problem. How can you change anything if you don’t make it part of your own responsibility..?”
So dear all... Cheers to another year of learning and growing, and mostly REALIZING what has always been in front of you, around you and within you. 🥂

這...是不是傳說中的腹肌呢?😲 自從高中開始就沒見過面了😍 雖然需要要用黑白照比較容易看出成果🤣
這次疫情期間封城那麼久,在家裡很容易亂吃,每天開始用 MyFitnessPal 計算卡洛里😬 搭配 https://leap.app 的每天十到十五分鐘運動 APP 💪 偶爾用 Track Yoga 練瑜珈🙆
三個月後體重雖然沒有降很多,但身體變比較結實,我覺得這是最重要的😊 再接再厲,想要跟那些身材很好的女孩子看齊 💪💪💪
Ps. 跟大家說聲遲來的中秋節快樂🌕 墨爾本疫情還是限制不能離開家裡五公里,所以很冷清的一個節日 😣 羨慕在台灣的各位❤️
