It was a magickal night - a beautiful, ridiculous, and hilarious night.
I was reminded of just how much our souls need whimsy, magic, friendship, and a dash of OTT extravagance to glow. ✨
We dressed up as forest fae, valkyries, rangers, and sentinels. We feasted on roast minotaur, elven waybread, and deep fried griffin. We laughed till we snorted and took photos galore. We slew beasties to tavern music and kicked butt along the way.
So this is just your little reminder that if your soul is tired like mine is, never underestimate the simple things:
good friends for the ride, hearty fare, music, silliness, and a good dose of imagination and magick. 🎶

When God Speaks in Dreams
“For God speaks once, yes twice, though man pays no attention. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men, in slumbering on the bed; Then he opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction, That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man. He keeps back his soul from the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword.”(Job 33:14-18 WEB)
At times, God may speak to you through dreams.
He can give anyone a dream, even non believers, as can be seen when he gave Abimelech a dream about Abraham, and Nebuchadnezzar prophetic dreams.
Even Pontius Pilate’s wife received a dream about Jesus, to warn Pilate not to have any part in harming Jesus. Yet, Pilate chose to disregard the dream.
Sometimes, God gives a dream to a person, and gives the interpretation to another, so as to bring the two people together for a purpose. This happened to Joseph who received the dream’s interpretation so that he would be promoted by Pharaoh.
