These songs are like seeds. Here are 4 re-arranged and re-made songs which documented my life as a city born city brew individual, they also accidentally sketched many years of a city’s history. They turned out to be a cultural conservation campaign, musically. Also, to make it a collection of 5 songs, I included a music background of my career song . Your collective stories have been making this song so much more than me, than itself, it’s time for u to sing your own version.

這四首歌，是我創作唱作努力20年的一點證據。從2001創作《The Best is Yet to Come》開始，到《活下來》寫了由黃家駒先生到霑叔的人事變遷，然後是《紅河村》的屋邨成長故事，再追溯至《世界中心繼續轉》的主題公園歷史，原來已經20年。至於《The Best》，我覺得這首歌已經不止再屬於我一個人，而是大家的歌，所以這個collection裏第五首歌，是一個《The Best》的伴唱版。合共5首重新製作及演繹的作品，成為我第一個NFT的嘗試。

這些歌都是種子，時間是我的朋友。如果這次NFT拍賣能讓我得到很多資源，憑我20年音樂上的track record，你們都知道我會怎樣好好運用財富：give it back to music，教育，同時一直pay it forward.

#中銀膠囊大樓, 1972

從友人專頁 Charles Lai 黎雋維 - 香港建築歷史 留意到有關大樓的保育報捷消息，#黑川紀章 設計的中銀膠囊大樓正以眾籌募集資金，把單位模塊獨立拆卸、改動還原，捐贈予全球博物館作展示用途。大樓在當時 #代謝派 概念上，每個單位設計為可獨立更換，是現代建築史上首座真正的膠囊模塊建築，模塊的概念包括單位內已使用現在發展得非常完善的日式 #UnitBath #ユニットバス 。同樣的概念比香港近年突然討論的「新設計」圓筒集裝住宅早了四十年便已實行，或解釋了行內對香港此刻討論此類設計的興趣極低的原因

繼早前中銀膠囊大樓的變種設計— 以同款的4個模塊組合中央混凝土結構建成、 #黑川紀章 的自用的別墅 #CapsuleHouseK 也由同是建築師的兒子以眾籌幫補修繕資金，這或許打開了一個建築師加上本身非建築物持份者能因著建築價值，而能實質參與保育的契機

#NakaginCapsuleTower, one of the most important masterpieces in modern architecture history, was planned to be demolished a while ago- yet good news was announced this month that the building would be taken down unit by unit. They would be refurbished with the help of crowdfunding, and be donated to museums all over the world - perhaps that’s a good way for architects & general public to be the stakeholders of architectural conservation projects?

How far, or perhaps how close, are the endemic leopard cats to life and death? This time, “Orphans of the Earth” joins three orphaned baby leopard cats and records how they have been looked after, trained and released back to the wilds. Spanning over two years for shooting, this documentary also follows the first-ever release and track project of leopard cats in the history of animal conservation efforts in Taiwan. When Duyan the leopard cat fell to death in a well, we were there with the conservation experts, climbing up and down in the difficult paths and picking the bones of leopard cats. The life and death of leopard cats would instantly take us into the cruel world of leopard cats.

The documentary team also joined the latest research project on roadkill leopards, which were dissected, and parasites carefully examined; we also followed up with the cash incentive program of “leopard cat friendly farms”. With this documentary, it is our hope to enhance deeper understanding, compassion and eventually more conservation efforts for leopard cats, the only surviving feline species native to Taiwan. When the habitats are degraded and threats emerge as roadkill, canine-kill, poisons and illegal hunting, the leopard cats are pushed back to crueler survival games when they are released into the wild. It’s estimated by experts that this last native feline specie might disappear in Taiwan within 20 years.

Perched on the hillside in the west of Hong Kong Island is the 200-year-old Pokfulam Village, home to the city’s first dairy farm. As one of the cultural heritage sites at risk listed in the 2014 World Monuments Watch, the village was first mentioned in the Xinan County Journal during the Kangxi period in 1819. Today, it is still famed for its Fire Dragon Dance held every Mid-Autumn Festival, with its incense-lit dragons believed to have driven away a plague over a century ago.

Nigel Ko, member of the Pokfulam Village Cultural Landscape Conservation Group, says the shabby tin-roofed huts are home to numerous stories of community and kindness, but the true history of the village remains a mystery after all these years.

Aptly found in the midst of the Little India heritage conservation area at Shin Boon Hwa Food Centre is Hainan Chicken Rice Ball which has a rich history of 104 years.

The Chicken with Double Ball comes with two very well shaped hand-rolled rice balls (got technique one ok, don’t play play), a seemingly small but large portion of boiled chicken and the signature herbal soup.

As the chicken is already drenched in dark soya sauce, all you have to do to make this meal complete is to dip the chicken into the handmade chilli sauce!
