พ่อบ้านคะ สามีหนูบอกจริงเหรอคะที่เยอรมันจะกลับมาเกณฑ์ทหาร?

หืมมมม จากที่กำลังงึมๆ ใกล้จะหลับนี่คือคำถามที่ทำให้พ่อบ้านต้องลุกขึ้นมานั่งหาข้อมูลทันทีเลยนะเนี่ย!! เพราะมันอาจจะเกี่ยวข้องกับเจ้าตัวเล็กของพ่อบ้าน

จากการหาข้อมูลก็พบได้ว่า

"มีโอกาสเป็นไปได้"

ต้องย้อนอดีตไปซักนิดว่าเยอรมันนั้นมีประวัติการเกณฑ์ทหารและยกเลิกการเกณฑ์ทหารมาหลายครั้ง ตั้งแต่สมัยสงครามโลก จนมายกเลิกแบบเด็ดขาดเลยเมื่อประมาณปี 2011 แต่ในสมัยนั้นถ้าคนที่ไม่อยากถูกเกณฑ์ทหารสามารถเลือกไปทำงานบริการสังคมหรือสาธารณะแทนได้

ซึ่งถ้าถามพ่อบ้านว่าทำไมถึงมีโอกาสกลับมาเกณฑ์อีกครั้งได้ เพราะที่เยอรมันมีการพูดถึงเรื่องนี้มาตั้งแต่ประมาณปลายปี 2017 - 2018แต่ในช่วงนั้นไม่ได้รับความสนใจเท่าไหร่นัก

จนเมื่อปี 2018-2019 ก็เริ่มมีการผลักดันแบบชัดเจนจาก Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer ที่หลายคนอาจจะรู้จัก จากบทบาทของหญิงแกร่งที่เป็นรัฐมนตรีกระทรวงกลาโหมของเยอรมัน และเป็นผู้ที่ได้ความไว้วางใจ ว่าจะเป็นผู้ที่รับช่วงต่อจาก Angela Merkel ผู้นำของเยอรมนีคนปัจจุบัน (แต่รู้สึกนางสละสิทธิไม่ขอรับช่วงต่อนะ)

แต่ก็มีเสียงคัดค้านและถกเถียงกันไปมาอยู่ระดับนึง จากทางนักการเมืองฝ่ายซ้ายและฝ่ายขวา ผนวกกับมีเรื่องของการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสเข้ามาเลยทำให้เรื่องนี้ซาไป แต่หลังจากจบวิกฤตไวรัสก็น่าจะนำมาคุยกันอีก

แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม ในปี 2020 ทางกองทัพก็ได้จัดให้มีโปรแกรมสำหรับผู้ต้องการเข้ารับการฝึกฝนในรูปแบบอาสาสมัคร ให้เข้ามาฝึกเป็นโครงการนำร่อง โดยจะทำการฝึกพื้นฐานในระยะเวลาหนึ่งและจะถูกแยกไปประจำการที่รัฐหรือหน่วยต่างๆ

โดยสาเหตุนึงที่เริ่มมีข้อเสนอให้เยอรมันกลับมาเกณฑ์ทหาร พ่อบ้านคิดว่าอาจจะเพราะว่าจำนวนทหารของเยอรมันนั้นมีจำนวนลดลงกว่าแต่ก่อนค่อนข้างมาก

โดยในปี 2020 มีจำนวน 184,000 นาย ทั้งชายและหญิง แต่เมื่อเทียบกับในปี 2010 เยอรมันมีทหารประมาณ 250,000 นาย

แต่อย่างไรก็ตามเรื่องนี้ยังอยู่ในขั้นตอนการพิจารณาและพูดคุยกันอยู่เท่านั้นครับ ยังไม่มีการฟันธงใดๆ พ่อบ้านจึงตอบได้แค่ว่า "มีโอกาส" และต่อให้กลับมาเกณฑ์ทหารอีกครั้งก็คงต้องมีขั้นตอนที่ชัดเจนและคิดว่าคงต้องสามารถเลือกงานบริการสาธารณะอื่นๆ ทดแทนได้เหมือนเดิม และคงต้องใช้เวลาอีกซักระยะเลยหล่ะครับ

และเราจะกลับมาคุยกันในเรื่องนี้อีกครั้งหลังจบวิกฤตไวรัสครับ

1. Set of confinement
This is the highest chart. Tired of giving birth, we need to pamper ourselves too. Like a reward for myself. This is the first thing that mummy will survey and buy.

4. Set of planting baby type

It's just neat. But now there are all kinds of nursing cover selling at the shop, so mommies can choose those who are interested in your heart. 9. Maternity Pad

10. Massage / Confinement Lady (CL)
