Craving for vegetarian satay? Head to Victor Veggie! Victor has been making vegetarian satay for 40 years now. The meat is made from soy protein, it has been charred to the point that it had crispy edges, crunch and all. The combination of the satay and peanut sauce was like a match made in heaven.
Other than satay, he makes vegetarian otah too. Can you tell that the Otah is not made out of meat? Because, at first glance, and many glances after, I couldn’t.

40 types of variations to train your Abs & Core stability. You don't have to do all 40 of them in one session. Select 5 out of 40 and do them in a circuit format is good enough!
Note: This is not a spot-reduction video. Doing these exercises alone won't help you to get rid of your belly fat. Getting a defined six-pack ab is all about getting down to a low body fat level + a certain level of muscularity (your abdominal muscles). This routine only works if you train and eat right consistently (frequently up to 5 times a week), make sure you train every other body part with other bodyweight exercises or weights training.
The best and fastest way to achieve a defined six-pack ab is the combination with your diet, your day to day food routine. Cut down junk foods, and start eating more real/whole/healthy foods. It's not going to be easy and it's going to take some time. Be patient, and keep up the effort, and you will get there someday I promise. ;)

What type of skin do u have?
I have combination, acne prone, sensitive skin.
Both my cheeks are ultra dry but my forehead and nose are filled with oil/ sebum! Literally an oily disco ball..
Acne prone-- hmm I do have comedogenic pimples previously when I was a teenager. I guess from 16-19 yr old. This nightmare comes back when I don't sleep/eat well, drink enough H2O and when I'm under stress. I'm also prone to acne due to hormonal imbalances, thus I tend to breakout during pms.
