1.暫NPO,可N-G decompression觀察coffee ground的量&留取檢體送驗
2.PRN給予少量的冰水OR冰牛奶灌食(避免DM CASE低血糖)
3.監測V/S & CON`S
4.持續觀察,床頭搖高避免嘔吐造成吸入性肺炎
5.未改善或是coffee ground情形加劇告知醫師OR送醫
另外要避免掉一些假Coffe ground的因素
像是家屬自己灌食蔓越莓汁什麼的...
剛下班目前就想到這些= =...
