｜｜港味市集　滿滿15場講座&工作坊— Flavor Bazaar 飲食美學市集｜｜
這次主辦單位誠意十足，邀請香港各個領域的達人包含有傳統技藝職人、餐飲專家、文創工作者、攝影師、旅遊博客，以「講堂」與「工作坊」的形式，以及香港電影觀賞、畫展、攝影作品展等，務求帶領台灣的朋友從各個面向瞭解香港。豐富程度，連不少香港朋友都嘆為觀止，驚呼：「看了活動內容籌備，我都覺得自己要好好重新認識香港了！」
　
但也因為場次很多，大家陸續都在詢問參加方式，這裡特別解說一下報名方式分有兩種：
☞【免費職人講堂】
　免費性質之講堂，皆於現場報名。入場後請至統一登記處報名。（就在「巧佳小巴用品」攤位的前方囉。）
　
☞【收費工作坊】
　Step1、請至accupass活動購票頁面，點選「立即報名」。
　Step2、進入下一頁面後，拉選「請選擇票種」，會出現兩區講堂＼工作坊選擇。
　Step3、再進入下一層選單，挑選想參加的「主題&日期」之票種選擇，進行購票步驟。
　Step4、預收100元費用作為訂金，即完成報名，尾款於活動當日至統一登記處繳交即可。

今天分享一下一個很有趣的活動 - 《一口吃下香港：港味市集》 Flavor Bazaar 飲食美學市集 ，邀請了大量香港的飲食單位前往台北舉行為期兩天的市集，今天是早鳥優惠最後一天囉！台北的朋友或剛好去台北玩的香港讀者千萬不要錯過（9月29&30）

說來有趣，兩年前Justin去台北剛好碰上展覽單位舉辦的第一屆活動，覺得辦得非常用心和出色。（還很幸運抽到大獎Orz，雖然因為運送以及電壓問題放棄了）這次看到港色奶茶主題的很想去看熱閙，可惜出國還沒回來。麻煩台北的朋友如果參加了，之後分享一下活動照片XD 預祝香港相關參展單位成功。

｜｜港味市集 超強卡司曝光—天才奶茶王 Donald Tse謝忠德｜｜
說起最能代表香港的飲品，非「絲襪奶茶」莫屬！據統計，香港人每年平均喝掉十億杯奶茶，更於2014 年列入香港非物質文化遺產清單，可見其對香港飲食文化的重要性。

被譽為「天才奶茶王」的謝忠德師傅，除了著有《絲襪奶茶盛世：香港茶師傅不傳的秘密》，更將以自家品牌茶檔 Tea Stall by Doppio現身於「一口吃下香港：港味市集」中。不但現場沖煮最濃、醇、香、滑的道地絲襪奶茶，同時，在香港也不容易喝到的凍樽仔奶茶，更可以在市集現場品嚐。

謝師傅也於將於市集兩日的職人講堂，完整公開其在拼配茶、淡奶、沖煮步驟的設定，而且將不同風味的奶茶融入港式奶茶之中，不僅是傳統沖煮法的教學，連家庭式的一人份沖煮方案也大方分享，並帶領大家破解港式奶茶的十個迷思。

Honolulu Cafe, known for their authentic Hong Kong style egg tarts (made with lard) consisting 192 layers of puff pastry will be open at Sunway Pyramid this Friday.

I have tasted the egg tarts and I give them my thumbs up. Definitely worth checking out. Only RM2.95/pc.
