Arielle’s dinner the other night was a slice of pan-fried salmon & soup. We use Rice bran oil for most of her frying now for its high smoke point. It’s a healthier option as compared to coconut oil which we previously used. Read more in comments if you are interested! Her soup was chicken boiled for hours with carrots, onions & wolfberries. I added a scoop of @Wenswhitebaitpowder for extra flavour and nutrients!
