Malaysian chef Norman Musa took his cookery school to the road in September, heading to rural Cockermouth, Cumbria, for a windswept weekend of gastro delights. Based in a yurt, 150 people participated in free hands-on cookery workshops in Malaysian curry, while Chef Norman also ran demos at the chef theatres. All in the name of getting wonderful Malaysian food known!
