So I usually review earbuds ranging from the budget options to the premium ones, and mostly, I am always excited to review and test them out.

However, this Nothing Ear 1, for me, believe it or not, wasn’t something that I was “dying” to check out because I am never a fan of overhyped products, especially earbuds.

There are usually only two ends of the spectrum, it’s either going to sound GOOD or it’s going to sound BAD, then there are the other compromises that come with it, like the comfort, ease of use, battery life and of course the price.

來跟粉專裡的大家update一下狗咬腳的阿嬤最後如何處理呢? 大家一定很好奇吧^^
最後家屬沒有選擇截肢這條路，而是選擇用「負壓抽吸」的方法換藥。之前曾經跟大家介紹過負壓抽吸的裝置是最近十幾年來開始流行的換藥方式，以海綿包附在傷口上，然後用大面透明彈性膠帶整捆黏起來，放一根管子抽吸裡面的空氣和滲液，約莫五天到七天拆開來審視傷口，然後決定是否進行下個抽吸的療程。
這個換藥的技術，不但可以減少組織腫脹、促進紅肉生長、吸收傷口多餘滲液，增進局部血流外，對於病患來說亦是一大福音---------因為換藥次數從一天三次，變成七天一次，所以即使一套裝置換藥下來自費五千到一萬不等，還是很多人選擇使用，畢竟換藥每換一次都是撕心裂肺、亂箭穿心一般的痛~~~~~~~~
也有人是因為私人保險有給付啦，不用白不用嘛!😂
不過，也不是每個人都適合使用的唷> <
像朱醫師前天開了一個左腿被垃圾車輾過的中年男性病患，皮膚整個被撕裂下來。雖然第一次手術清創努力搶救，一個星期後皮膚仍然回天乏術，逐漸壞死，等我從骨科病房接手時，下肢的皮膚已經大片壞死一整圈了~~而且壞死不打緊，更因為是「垃圾車輾過」的受傷機轉，導致這隻腳也差不多累積了全台灣的細菌，整隻化膿發臭，每次換藥都怵目驚心!!
入手術室後，我把整圈壞死的皮像剝柚子一樣環狀剝除 (幸好這台刀在中秋節過後^^")，再用手術刮勺瘋狂地刮除感染組織，最後用幾萬cc的水沖洗傷口，才將傷口處理到一個段落~
按照以往慣例，第一次看到這種大傷口的醫學生，一定要暈倒一下，這次的學妹也沒例外😂😂😂，跟刀到一半就臉色慘白，頭暈眼花，重心不穩，就在這將倒未倒之際，我們讓學妹馬上坐下休息，並且讓學妹稍微恢復後，先回家靜養，才沒有又殘害到我們的醫學生國家幼苗> < "
每次來我們整形外科跟刀學習的醫學生，都有各種暈倒現象，是敝科對不起大家，在此致歉一下@@

翻轉視界 18 Changing Perspective

There's not just one road to the destination, but many roads. You just need to take the little step that’s right in front of you, and then the next one, and a few years down the track, they will seem like massive achievements.

通往目的地的路不止一條，有很多路可走。你只需要邁出眼前這一小步，然後再邁出下一步，幾年下來，將會成為巨大成就。

I didn’t meet my father until I was 6 years old. My parents had a comfortable, middle-class life in Shanghai, or as close as you could get under communism. But they always wanted to live overseas, and just before I was born, my dad came to Sydney to set things up. I don’t know why, but in the end, my mother and I didn’t join him until I was 6.

I ended up having to move school 3 times before I came to Balwyn Primary School, which was relatively multicultural.
