Call of Duty: Modern Warfare & Warzone ปล่อยวิดีโอกิจกรรมฮาโลวีนในชื่อ The Haunting of Verdansk ที่จะเริ่มต้นในวันที่ 20 ตุลาคมนี้ และเพิ่มโหมดเกมการเล่นแบบใหม่ รวมไปถึงสกินของตัวละครจากภาพยนตร์สยองขวัญชื่อดังอย่าง Jigsaw และ Texas Chainsaw

ทั้งสองตัวละครนี้ถือเป็นตัวละครลิขสิทธิ์ชุดแรกที่ได้เข้ามาอยู่ในแฟรนไชส์เกม Call of Duty และต้องซื้อแยกต่างหากจาก Battle Pass ด้วย - ชุดของ Texas Chainsaw Massacre มาพร้อมกับสกิน Leatherface และมาพร้อมอาวุธประจำตัวอย่างเลื่อยไฟฟ้า ส่วน Saw เองก็เช่นกัน โดยจะมีตัวละคร Bille the Puppet ที่เป็นสัญลักษณ์ของภาพยนตร์มาร่วมในเกม

และที่โดดเด่นเลยคือโหมดใหม่ในช่วงกิจกรรมนี้อย่าง Zombie Royale ที่จะยังคงโหมด Battle Royale ไว้ แต่ผู้เล่นที่ถูกฆ่าจะกลายเป็นซอมบี้แทนที่จะส่งไป Gulag โดยจะมีทั้งความเร็วในการวิ่งและกระโดดที่สูงขึ้น วิธีกลับเข้าสู่เกมคือไปหาเข็มฉีดยาจากศพผู้เล่นอื่น เมื่อได้สองเข็มก็จะกลับมาเป็นมนุษย์ได้อีกครั้ง

ส่วนราคาของชุดสกิน Saw และ Texas Chainsaw นั้น ทาง Activision ยังไม่ได้ประกาศออกมา แต่คาดว่าเราจะได้รู้กันในคืนนี้ตอนที่กิจกรรมเริ่มต้น
