In my last post on CN tower, several of you asked me what is this tower for. Let me share some facts of this iconic landmark of Toronto. 😀

** It is an observation tower. On clear days, from the observatory deck, you can see over 160 kilometers (100 miles)—that's all the way to Niagara Falls and across Lake Ontario to New York State.

** It is 553.33 meters (1,815 feet and 5 inches. Which is way taller than Eiffel Tower btw. Until 2015, it was the world’s highest outdoor Walk on a building.

** The CN Tower's Glass Floor was the first of its kind when it was opened in June 1994.

** other than lookout, and glass floor, the tower also has skypod, edge walk, high speed elevators (visible in the pic), and 360 degree rotating restaurant.

So if you visit Toronto, and have never been to any Observation Tower, then CN Tower should be in your “Things To Do” list. 🙂 To save money, buy Toronto pass, which includes 3 more attractions other than CN tower. Individual attraction tickets are quite pricey!
