如火如荼全力籌備第二張個人創作專輯《狂人》的蕭秉治，在全新專輯正式發行前，搶先釋出饒富思辨能量的邪典搖滾之作〈不留活口〉。此首全新單曲不僅是蕭秉治2021個人首發作品，也是為全新懸疑推理犯罪劇集《逆局》打造的主題曲。
蕭秉治深受該劇集緊湊懸疑的氛圍所撼動，他省思社會充斥著見不得光的醜陋犯罪，生而為人都可能因為慾望的驅使，從純真善良墮入腐敗貪婪，在被推入黑暗的懸崖之前，我們不能再袖手旁觀，每個人都該為內心保有的正義和善良挺身而出。〈不留活口〉由蕭秉治與多年音樂夥伴山地人共同製作，主歌以Trap節奏搭配陰森的唸唱揭幕，如正義之箭不斷掃射的Rap輔以鼓聲堆疊情緒，副歌則以吉他與小提琴激昂交響，詭譎森冷的邪教搖滾，爆破宣示全新的蕭秉治即將到來。
