DISCLAIMER: I am doing this post as an awareness that suicide is no joke. Graphic is a representation only of creative mind that wants to depict a vivid photo thru makeup. And this is a response to the so called “INFLUENCER” who wants to make “SUICIDAL” as if a laughing matter just to gain sympathy over her wrong actions.
I am sharing this from my personal point of view, as i think suicide attempt is not something funny and should be taken seriously. Many people who suffers depression or anxiety around the world is increasing due to pressure from society, childhood, bullying or many more till we can’t understand.
First of all, I don’t know “HER” personally but due to viral photo and videos circulating now I know. At first I just treat it like a TV drama but lately I saw media posted something about her suicide attempt in social media and she removed later due to negative responses. She added that she is in so much stress & struggling (I have no obligation about what is she feeling under the media frenzy)
BUT! I don’t believe this scars looks real to me. Again, let me reiterate that suicide attempt is not funny, if a person really survive from “suicide by hanging “
my conclusions are…….
The line should be higher near your lower jaw line, your face will be swollen due to blood clot, scratches from face or shoulder because of struggle.People who survive can face a range of serious injuries, including cerebral anoxia (which can lead to permanent brain damage) and you won’t have a free time to take a nice selfie just like what she did.
SUICIDE is no joke and should not be taken lightly. Don’t make this as an avenue to gain sympathy. It's time we speak up and stand for those people who REALLY struggle.

Vitamin D seems to help fight off viruses, especially COVID-19.
SUNLIGHT:A number of factors can play a role in vitamin D deficiencies in older adults. Because they spend the majority of their time indoors, older adults get minimal exposure to natural sunlight.
1.In aging adults, vitamin D deficiency is strongly linked to muscle weakness, which can manifest in different ways. In general, seniors tend to feel a heaviness in their legs and have difficulty standing up and climbing stairs.
2.Vitamin D is also necessary for aiding and regulating calcium absorption and keeps bones, muscles and teeth in excellent condition. The combination of weakened muscles and bones caused by low vitamin D levels has been associated with an increased risk of falls and fractures, which can be very dangerous and even fatal for the elderly.
3.Vitamin D is believed to help regulate immune function and the release of neurotransmitters in the brain that influence moods
4.Studies have shown that low vitamin D levels may be associated with mental health disorders like seasonal affective disorder (SAD), schizophrenia and depression. Seniors who feel depressed and tired all the time may actually suffer from vitamin D insufficiency or deficiency.
5.In addition, low vitamin D levels may contribute to cognitive decline and a person’s risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
6.Weight Gain
Vitamin D appears to play an important role in regulating appetite and body weight as well. Research has shown that lower levels of vitamin D are associated with obesity, whereas increased vitamin D levels have been associated with reductions in body fat.
7.It’s believed that vitamin D controls the levels of leptin in the body—another hormone that inhibits hunger and reduces fat storage.
8.When a senior is deficient in vitamin D, these signals to the brain get disrupted and the body doesn’t know when to stop eating. This can make people overeat and gain weight.
9.Fatigue
Many older adults who are tired all the time may not realize that they could have a nutritional deficiency, so they ignore their symptoms. Low vitamin D levels may also cause widespread pain in areas like the shoulders, pelvis, ribcage and lower back, which can leave a senior feeling drained. Someone who has stiff joints and is constantly feeling fatigued might want to boost their vitamin D intake (especially if they do not go outside much or do not eat many fortified foods).
10.Digestive Issues
Studies have shown that low vitamin D levels may contribute to the development of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), a condition characterized by chronic inflammation in the digestive tract. IBD is split into two main types: ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. To make matters worse, bowel diseases can interfere with the way the intestines absorb dietary fat. Since vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, GI conditions can cause nutritional deficiencies to worsen even further. #COVID19 #vitaminD #sunlight #oldage

🎄How to remain lean during the festive season?🎄
Christmas is when we tend to have a lot of delicious sweet treats, and I’m no exception to that rule. I’ve definitely put on body fat. But here's how I still stay relatively lean with minimal effort that you can try too:
1. Eat the meat first.
Meat produces more leptin signals (fullness signal) to our brains, which tells us we are full. Thus, the sooner we have this signal being sent to the brain, the fuller we feel and the lesser we want to eat!
During MCO earlier this year, I ate plenty of meat (1 whole lamb leg, 1 whole chicken, 1 whole duck, up to 800g of grass-fed ribeye, etc). My daily calorie consumption definitely exceeded my normal intake but here’s the thing; it’s hard to gain fat, especially when you’re consuming a lot of meat.
Just make sure to eat leaner meat, which means more protein by the way. Try not to eat the fat part too much like the skin, but having some for the flavour and taste is 👌.
2. Don’t eat for the sake of eating.
Only eat when you’re hungry, especially during days where you know you will be having a feast or celebration. It’s okay to skip a meal if you don’t feel like eating. Just remember the 1st thing you put into your mouth first should be a protein with some quality oil or fats (E.g. unrefined cold press coconut oil, palm kernel oil) to lower the insulin spike and to trigger leptin production to signal you’re full. That way, you won’t overindulge in other non-value-added food to your body.

The only way you can gain enough BP to purchase new skills is by levelling up. BP Farming and Level Farming go hand in hand, seeing as how skills are needed to survive through many of the game's dangerous enemy encounters, and defeating them is key to earning enough EXP to earn BP.
