Okay, here’s a story.
It had been really hard for me to be confident with my body for a long time. I NEVER WEAR BIKINI or SHORTS (i meant the real super shorts) IN MY LIFE. I tried to cover it as much as I could I order to hide my insecurity, and all of this is because of my fat.
With traveling and many lovely encounters with beautiful human beings from around the world, I realized THERE IS NO STANDARD FOR PHYSICAL BEAUTY AS LONG AS YOU FEEL COMFY WITH IT. And for me, I don’t need to have super white skin or skinny body, I want to be fit and LOOK HEALTHY.
So yes, I started to push myself into REGULAR sports, keep on eyes on my DAILY DIET, track what I FEED myself mentally and physically. All of this because I want to be comfortable with myself.
From overweight (seriously I was 80kg lol) till now. YET, I’m NOT what I WANNA ACHIEVE, but it’s okay cause I AM IN MY OWN PROCESS.
Keep going to do whatever you wanna achieve, and it’s okay to feel uncomfortable sometimes, just keep doing it, and you will see the results one day.
我是一個死都不可能穿比基尼和熱褲的女子,從小就棉花糖的身體讓我對自己的體態很沒有安全感。
從多次的旅行還有某些因緣際會下,我認識了很多來自世界各地的美麗人們,而且明白只要妳覺得舒服,美是沒有標準的。我不不想要特別白皙的肌膚或是很瘦的體態,我只想要看起來健康、結實!
所以我開始監督自己規律運動、專注健康飲食、時不時檢討我給了身體什麼樣精神和實質上的食糧,因為我真的很想舒服地與我的身體共處。
從80公斤的超級棉花糖到有點點棉花糖,雖然現在我還沒達到「我的理想狀態」,但沒關係,因爲我在自己的進程中。
一定不要放棄,繼續努力,成果會出現的。

T:標準的生酮飲食含75%脂肪,20%蛋白質和5%碳水化合物。只要你當天的碳水化合物(包括米水)保留於整天卡路里的5%內,還是屬於生酮飲食啊!
C:中醫理論講求平衡,不建議偏重於某類食物的飲食。更重要的是根據個人體質,進食適合的食物,亦以食物均衡及多樣化為佳。脾胃差的人,代謝較差,容易積貯多餘水分於體內,容易有水腫問題,肌肉也相對鬆弛,容易予人肥胖的感覺。每天飲米水健脾胃,更有助改善水腫,當消化及吸收力正常,也不容易長胖,反而適合想改善體態的朋友。

T: The standard ketogenic diet is comprised of 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbohydrate. As long as your total carbohydrate intake is kept within the 5% of your total daily calorie intake (including calories from rice water), your diet is still ketogenic.
C: Chinese medicine focuses on balance. It is not recommended to be on a diet where you only consumer certain types of food. It is more important is to eat according to your body type. It is also better to have a balanced diet with a variety of food. Those with asthenic spleen and stomach have poor metabolism, may easily accumulate excess water in the body and have edema problems. They also have loose muscles that may seem like they are overweight. Drinking rice water daily can strengthen the spleen and stomach to relieve edema. When you have healthy digestion and absorption, you will not gain weight for no reason. Rice water is in fact suitable for those want to change their body shape.

Note: This is not a spot-reduction video. I called this "Fat burning Abs exercise" is because these ab movements have a great cardio element in it, in other words, they will help you to burn more calories than any standard ab exercise.
Doing these exercises alone won't help you to get rid of your belly fat. Getting a defined six-pack ab is all about getting down to a low body fat level + a certain level of muscularity (your abdominal muscles). This routine only works if you train and eat right consistently (frequently up to 5 times a week), make sure you train every other body part with other bodyweight exercises or weights training.
The best and fastest way to achieve a defined six-pack ab is the combination with your diet, your day to day food routine. Cut down junk foods, and start eating more real/whole/healthy foods. It's not going to be easy and it's going to take some time. Be patient, and keep up the effort, and you will get there someday I promise. ;)
