【廢而不廢】

好久不見咯！最近實在太忙碌，頭腦整個無法輸出。

準備開始我的心靈之旅(碩士班)前，我決定趁著生活時間的重組，來重啟我遺棄許久的靜坐。

最近在 #媽很想聊 的 #蒙特梭利小短篇 也聊到，靜坐是其中一個可以幫助我們練習讓頭腦慢下來，心靜下來，身體停下來，可以更 mindful 的其中一個好方法。

我相信，在我的心靈深處，有一個充滿智慧的我。她會透過直覺來跟我溝通。只是當我的身體、心裡、情緒都很忙碌時，類似網路過載，收訊變的很差。有時候收不到，有時候雜訊多到聽不懂，有時候還會不小心接收到不對的頻道。🤣

每天能有一點點靜坐的時間，可以暫時放掉生活中的一切。

就只跟自己，跟當下在一起。

我的練習
🧎20分鐘的靜坐
🧎2 分鐘的感恩+設定今天的intention (意圖)
🧎有時候之後再做5到10分鐘的journaling

我的靜坐方式
🧎我一般是做 trescendantal meditation 超覺靜坐
🧎使用 insight timer app 中，老師引導的靜坐
🧎今天第一次參加了好姐妹+ 學姐 #lotuspondmama 的 zoom 線上靜坐

可是執行的現實面，又是另外一回事了。明明知道應該要靜下來的頭腦，一直有思緒冒出。例如：這個可以寫成 blog，等一下要記得上網買東西，下午2:00要開會，我怎麼一直在想事情，我就是這樣停不下來....

源源不絕的思緒啊！🤦🏻‍♀️

有一位我很喜歡的老師 Sharon Salzberg 說，腦中會有思緒是很正常的。我們在靜坐時，也不用壓抑它們。只要回到當下的這一個吸氣就好，然後再專注在當下這一個吐氣就好。每一次吸跟吐，都是一個全新的開始。just begin again!

不管發生什麼事，別想太多，別苛責自己。只要在這一刻重新開始就好。

對於自我要求高，總是容易苛責自己做的不夠好的我來說，這就是非常有幫助的 loving-kindness (慈愛) 練習。在生活裡，無時無刻，在呼吸下一口氣的時候，都可以給自己一個提醒：just begin again!

在忙碌的生活裡，就這樣坐在哪….好像很廢
練習過才知道….這廢而不廢
