《如果舞蹈是一場旅程》【星島日報】2015年
曾為傳媒工作者的黃大徽，一副精瘦修長的舞者身軀，坐在筆者跟前，呷著咖啡，說著《舞士列傳》的二三事。
作為《建築是藝術節2015》的節目之一，進念．二十面體的舞蹈劇場《舞士列傳》，由黃大徽概念及導演，他點兵了四位舞者︰馬才和、李思颺、徐奕婕、丘善行，從六十後到九十後，引導他們舞出自己的故事，這也是這部作品跟他過往作品最不同之處。「如果舞蹈是一場旅程，這四代舞者，到底正處身於哪一點？」
這或許不止是舞蹈本質的不同，還是時代的不同。「現在多了許多年輕舞者，無論是教育、表演，還是就業，他們都比我們這一代，得到更多機會。」他又說，年輕一代比上一代有更多舞蹈風格上的變化與嘗試，反而從前的舞者，或許都從香港演藝學院出來，風格有點相似。還有年輕人很純粹的團體精神，他彷彿在他們身上拾回一些昔日回憶碎片。「有些事情變了，有些不。」
既是功課也是藥引
《舞士列傳》醞釀初期，他跟四人談了很久，下次見面，他各自給四人一本書，既是功課，也是藥引：丘善行得到布施英利的《不用畫筆的繪畫教室》，徐奕婕拿起Judith Mackrell的《Reading Dance》，李思颺取走Jonathan Burrows的《A Choreographer’s Handbook》，馬才和手執中里巴人的《求醫不如求己》。接下來，黃大徽便分別給予他們四個關鍵字：Dreamer、Smart Phone User、Thinker、Aging Dancer。「每個人都是一本很厚的書，我必須找一個Reference Point切入，然後再利用這些材料，提煉成Performance。」表演中，四人既有獨舞、群舞，亦有獨白，黃大徽邀了徐沛筠創作文本。
約從2006年開始，黃大徽在外國表演了一段頗長的日子，近年留守香港，坦言不想在別人投以「Asian Dancer」的既定目光下，繼續闖蕩西方舞壇，反而更想看看現在的自己，會在香港創作出怎麼樣的作品。他笑說直至今天「仍有東西想試」，尤其是這次跟年輕舞者合作，衝擊不小，下次合作，他大概已心裏有數。
