我們10.16 & 10.30見～
今天買到品質很好、色澤也漂亮的整塊鮪魚赤身，決定拿其中一半來做小菜。
可以生食的赤身，不需要太多加工，切成小丁塊，搭配切成差不多大小的山藥，一小撮紫蘇末，加入一點高湯醬油，稍微冷藏醃漬入味，大概十五分鐘就可以裝盤了，最後在上方放一小把事先切細絲、泡過冰水的洋蔥絲就可以囉。
其實本來是想配酪梨的，但一時買不到剛剛好熟度能馬上吃的酪梨，乾脆改用山藥，一樣搭，山藥切好先抓一抓，抓出黏液再與鮪魚拌在一起，非常好吃呢。如果手邊有山葵，也可以拌一點點進去，但沒有也沒關係，洋蔥就有足夠的辛香感了。
昨晚忙完第一場在青田藝集 Art Reading Cafe'的講座 ( 後面還有三場，歡迎大家報名喔 )，該交的稿子也交了，這兩天要放自己假，下一篇專欄下週一再來想，現在只想設計新菜單，試做也試吃，多喝幾杯~~~
夏天真的是一個好令人疲憊的季節，又熱又濕，或是又熱又悶，或是又熱又曬，熱到底，吹冷氣太冷或太乾，吹久了鼻子不舒服，不吹又太悶熱，總之怎樣都不對。
我這輩子沒有任何一天是喜歡夏天的，偏偏台灣的夏天很長，以後還會越來越長，想到就心好累，想移民北海道最北端。
硬要說夏天有什麼稍稍開心的東西，那就是有水蜜桃和竹筍了，但如果可以不要有夏天，我願意放棄這兩樣我熱愛的食物沒關係。
這幾天我感覺我對夏天的忍耐已經到極限了，所以開始想像一桌秋天的菜色，好安慰自己。想買芋頭、南瓜、厚實的大香菇、栗子，然後還要煮重口味的燉煮料理，烤秋刀魚，配日本酒。不過這週與下週都很忙，等這幾天寫完兩篇專欄、忙完料理課與講座，要來好好做一桌秋天的菜。
今晚菜單：日式燉煮牛肉牛筋、滷油豆腐、涼筍與烤胡椒雞翅
另外也有件事要再次宣傳，下週三開始，每隔雙週，我會在青田藝集 Art Reading Cafe'舉行美食講座，從一本經典的飲食書切入，談談書裡的菜及故事。講座附完整晚餐，是由青田藝集的廚房團隊製作，都出自那一講提到的飲食書中。目前都還有名額喔，歡迎大家點進連結參考，一起來吃飯聽我聊聊書吧。

Weekend. Raining. Work had been hectic. Needed to take some time off to recharge. Covid. WFH. Blurred lines between work and personal time. No time to shut off from work completely. Found myself working from screens to screen. Laptop to phone. Even leisure is watching videos online.
In need of time for a digital detox.
Found a bookstore that was opened in Feb this year, in the heart of Orchard Road, Wheelock Place. Where the Borders flagship used to be. If you know what I’m talking about, you’re from my time. I recall the times when I was still in secondary school, hanging at Borders with my friends who love reading, and I will be there checking out the CDs.
Heard that it has a 2 storey space with a cafe and gallery as well. Heard that the ones in China open 24hours, although it’s not happening in SG yet

As a creator myself, I need to constantly find inspiration.
While I can readily find all sorts of information online, sometimes I found my mind being constantly overloaded instead. We read. Socialise. We basically live most parts of our lives in the virtual world, and now we have lesser and lesser reasons to get out there anymore.
So, why a new book store? When was the last time you visited a book store?
Being here made me realised that it’s not about the books. It’s about the space. It’s about the experience. It’s about being here and being present. And what happens when you unplug from the internet and be present in the moment? You’ll get involuntarily intrigued by the surroundings, the people, the architecture, the noise, the beauty of it all. You’ll find headspace. You’ll find your inspiration. You’ll even find a new you.
When was the last time you stepped outside, set aside time just for yourself, and experience life beyond the screen?

覺得現在才剛更新到七月日常真的是進度很延遲😅
挑戰做了蛋餅一開始覺得很簡單
但實際上料理起來也是有點小難度的耶哈哈哈
然後終於自己買了人生第一雙皮鞋 👞
再來就是去看了尤傑尼歐大師的365燈箱展
其實意外地很喜歡其中幾幅畫
原本我只是抱持著好奇＆去拍加冕王座照的心態
後來深深被吸引🥺
最後跟朋友去了一段時間沒去的Tamed Fox
怎麼還是一樣好吃啦！
雖然狗狗好像不記得我了（你誰？）
但那天🐶還是三不五時跑來我們座位找我玩！哈哈哈

這間位在台北市大安區四維路上的雅痞書店<結合電影、閱讀、展覽講座、古典音樂演奏
、旅遊與咖啡美食的獨立書店，一半空間是書店，另一半的空間是咖啡廳兼具藝文展演空
間。>
一進店內，是陳列著電影影片及書籍的書店。
穩重深色的木質裝潢，及復古家具甚至花布的陪襯下，打造出極具歐式復古及優雅風格，
如同店家的名字-雅痞，可以感受店主的品味及生活美學。
店家簡介說:打造如同電影「午夜巴黎」1930年代的復古小客廳，透過舉辦各種的藝文活
動，讓雅痞書店本身就是一本內容豐富的「書」，成為 電影、旅遊、音樂、藝術、文學
，咖啡美食與美好空間的集合。
除了音樂會入場費之外，規定要點餐或是飲料，於是在表演時間，提早一小時晚餐時間抵
達，決定點個餐點來吃。
提供的餐點偏義式，義大利麵、燉飯..等，至於不想吃太飽的人，也有鹹派、帕里尼、
冷麵的輕食選項，價位皆200元以上。
想豐富點也可加80、120、150元的搭配套餐(湯、沙拉、飲料、甜點)。
選了油醋醬的 燻鮭魚主廚沙拉$240 +80元 濃湯跟提拉米蘇 的套餐
培根馬鈴薯濃湯:屬於奶味濃厚的味道，有點鹹。
燻鮭魚主廚沙拉:除了油醋醬比例，橄欖油的部分稍多，如果酸味再重些，我會比較喜歡
，主角沙拉的新鮮度是還蠻滿意的。
提拉米蘇:因為燈光跟蛋糕的關係，拍照起來不是很清楚。但對於配餐送來蛋糕又小小塊
的，通常不會抱很大期待下，這蛋糕反而是今天的亮點，因為咖啡酒的香味很明顯很有韻
味，蛋糕質地柔滑，是覺得好吃有記憶點的!

蠻喜歡的一家店。
坐著復古座椅，邊聽著音樂，感受著慵懶以及濃濃的藝文氣息，當天是客滿的狀態，小小
的空間坐著同事對音樂有興趣的人，很喜歡這樣的用餐感受，餐點口味及消費價位也可以
接受，蠻推薦喜歡不論是聽音樂、旅遊、電影的人們，可以注意一下店家的粉絲團或官網
的活動消息，約朋友來這聚餐也不錯，邊敘舊還可以陶冶性情。
