【都市隱疾】很多人受痔瘡困擾

暢便水果一覽
常說「十個男人九個痔」，其實痔患無分男女，尤其工作忙碌、壓力大、長時間坐着、飲食多肉少菜、多吃刺激性食物人士，生痔瘡的機會較高。痔瘡形成初期排便會輕微出血、擦拭肛門時衛生紙有血跡、無疼痛感，在這個階段可先透過改善飲食習慣自救：多進食蔬菜、水果，尤其有潤腸通便功效的水果以紓緩症狀。如果痔瘡出血、脫垂、血栓疼痛等情況就必須就醫治理，病情嚴重除引致疼痛，亦會造成貧血等情況。

麒麟果 — 性涼，有清熱生津、潤腸通便的功效，由於麒麟果有比火龍果更豐富的粗纖維與果糖，因此對便秘特別有紓緩作用，腸胃虛弱及易有便溏的人多吃會出現腹瀉。要注意麒麟果糖分相對較高，糖尿病患者不宜多吃。

火龍果 — 性涼，有清熱生津、潤腸通便的功效，適合內熱較重、陰虛火旺、煩躁口乾、痔瘡便秘人士食用。紅肉和白肉火龍果功效相若。

無花果 — 性平，有潤腸通便、健胃利咽、滋陰潤燥、催乳功效，對老年人、孕婦、小兒便秘有明顯療效，孕婦食用亦可預防痔瘡。惟其糖份含量較高，糖尿病患者慎吃。

香蕉 — 生香蕉屬性寒涼，熟香蕉或經烹煮的香蕉寒性會減低，有清熱通便、解酒功效，適合大便乾燥、痔瘡、大便出血者食用。但要注意尚青或沒熟透的香蕉有收斂作用，能止瀉更有可能引起便秘。

木瓜 — 性平，能健脾胃，幫助消化，消暑解渴。適合脾胃虛弱，容易胃脹不適人士服用，能紓緩食慾下降、消化不良、胃部不適、產婦乳汁不足等症狀。注意孕婦不宜食用。

水蜜桃 — 性熱，有補益氣血、養陰生津、潤腸的作用，適合低血糖、心血不足、肺虛喘咳者食用。由於屬性溫熱，易生熱助火，體內有偏熱症狀不宜多吃，糖尿病患者及血糖偏高者不宜吃。

Fruits that can promote bowel movement
There is a common saying ‘nine out of ten men have hemorrhoid’. There is a high chance for individuals who are busy at work and under a lot of pressure, as well as those who sit down for long hours, eat more meat than vegetables, and enjoy consuming food that irritates the body to develop hemorrhoid.

During the early stages of hemorrhoid, individuals would see blood when they are passing stool. Traces of blood can be found but generally painless. At this stage, individuals can try to salvage the situation by improving their dietary habits.

Consume more vegetables and fruits, especially those that can improve bowel movement to relieve the hemorrhoid symptoms. If it becomes a prolapsed hemorrhoid, a thrombosed hemorrhoid, and bleeding happens, we must get proper medical treatment. If the situation becomes more serious, an individual might not only experience pain but also anemia.

Yellow dragon fruit - cool in nature, can clear heat and promote fluid production, moisten the intestines to relieve constipation. Yellow dragon fruit is higher in fiber and is especially effective in relieving constipation. Those with asthenic weak spleen and stomach or prone to loose stool may experience diarrhea after eating. Yellow dragon fruit is also higher in sugar content so it is not suitable for those with diabetes.

Dragon fruit - cool in nature, can clear heat and promote fluid production, moisten bowel to relieve constipation and relieve thirst. It is suitable for those with inner heat, yin deficiency with excess fire, hemorrhoids and constipation. Similar effects to regular white or red meat dragon fruit.

Figs - mild in nature, can moisten intestine to relieve constipation, strengthen the stomach, relieve sore throat, nourish yin and relieve dryness, aid in lactation. It is especially effective in treating constipation for elderlies, pregnant women and young children. Pregnant women can prevent hemorrhoids by eating figs. It can alleviate poor appetite, indigestion, stomach discomfort, and even improve milk supply for nursing mothers. Note that pregnant women should not have papaya.

Peach – hot in nature, can replenish qi and blood, nourish yin and promote saliva secretion, as well as stimulate bowel movements. It is suitable for individuals with low blood sugar level, heart-blood deficiency, the manifestation of cough and asthma caused by a weak lung. Individuals with heat related symptoms should not consume peach excessively, since it is hot in nature. The same goes for patients with diabetes and high blood sugar (hyperglycemia).

【2020多倫多影展 完整片單公布】

第 45 屆 #多倫多影展（#TIFF）日前公布本屆官方片單，除了喜見台灣電影《#逃出立法院》入選，整體片單也不乏亮點。

受疫情影響，本屆多倫多影展的規模縮編為放映 50 部作品（往年皆放映約 300 部電影）。這些作品中有高達 46% 為女性執導作品（去年 36%），整體片單的類型/地區/族裔/原住民族代表性也非常多元（包含11部紀錄片和3部影集作品），這正是多倫多影展引以為傲的特色之一。

本屆開幕片為史派克李（Spike Lee）於百老匯執導拍攝的舞台劇作品——“David Byrne’s American Utopia"，閉幕則是 BBC 與 Netflix 共同出品、由印度裔導演 Mira Nair 執導的六集迷你劇集 “A Suitable Boy”。今年片單中也可看到三位知名演員「演而優則導」的首部執導作品，包含荷莉貝瑞、維果莫天森，與瑞吉納金。

往年各影展都會互相競爭各電影的全球首映，然而在今年各影展縮編或取消、電影製作阻礙重重的狀態下，便會看到許多影展重複選片的狀況。多倫多影展就選入了不少今年坎城影展的片子（這部分比威尼斯大方的多），像是河瀨直美的《朝が来る》、歐容的 "Summer of 85"，以及再度集結《謊言的烙印》導演 Thomas Vinterberg 和男星麥斯米克森（Mads Mikkelsen）的 “Another Round" 等。

而《春光之境》導演 Francis Lee 的新片 “Ammonite" 也同時入選坎城和多倫多。該片由瑟夏羅南與凱特溫絲蕾聯合演出一齣令人醉心的女女之戀，被多倫多影展的藝術總監譽為是他所看過「凱特溫絲蕾最傑出的表演」。凱特同時也獲選為本屆多倫多影展傑出演員特別獎得主（TIFF Tribute Actor Award）。

另一方面，與威尼斯影展重疊的片則包含由王晶執導、賈樟柯監製的《不止不休》、由趙婷執導、法蘭西絲麥朵曼主演的 "Nomadland"、《忠犬追殺令》匈牙利導演 Kornél Mundruczó 的第一部英語長片 "Pieces of a Woman" （凡內莎克比＆西亞李畢福主演）等。

本屆多倫多影展將於 9/10-19 舉行。囿於加拿大邊境管制，今年大部分的實體活動皆取消，包含紅毯首映會等影人出席活動。除了少數幾場開放給當地影迷的汽車電影院放映會和其他採取安全措施的實體活動之外，其他的放映場次、記者會、映後座談等都會在線上舉行。

Now for my thoughts of Black No.1. Where to start? This is by far one of the most complex fragrance that I’ve personally ever smelled. It’s sexy, there’s a lot going on, and it’s pure quality.

The black leather vibe that I get from this makes me feel very mysterious and dark but in the most inviting way possible. If you smelled this before, you know what I mean. It’s like a well of mystery that once you smell it instantly sparks your curiosity to explore it more. And that is what gives it the dark sexy edge.

Alongside the Black Leather, you’re going to get an array of little nuances. Ranging from salty sea notes, fresh green pine, and dark woods, just to name few. They all serve to dress up the Black leather accord. But the most astonishing thing with this fragrance is, with such a wide range of notes, 300 notes to be exact, it doesn’t smell like a mess, in fact all the notes work so harmoniously together that the fragrance, besides being sexy, also smells incredibly beautiful.

One thing to note is, this is more of an artistic fragrance than your typical designers so some people might not enjoy it as much so definitely test before you buy.

On to versatility, I’m going to keep this simple, it’s a one of the most versatile artistic fragrance that I own. I wear it as a signature scent. Anytime, anywhere. The only time that this might not is in the clubs or in the summer heat. It not loud enough for the clubs, and it’s just a bit too thick for the hotter days. Other than that, you’re golden.

Performance, like I mentioned it’s not a loud fragrance. It’s definitely more personal but it does last a good amount of time. 6-7 hours on my skin with a 1-2 hours of modest projection before becoming a head scent. Not the best performer but for a fragrance that’s supposed to smell dark and mysterious, it fits the theme.

Price point, MrOz already touched on that but, to me, is it worth it? Absolutely, BUT! It’s not a fragrance that’s a must have for the majority of you out. Being realistic, this gears more towards the fragrance connoisseur. The collectors, the people whom passion lies with discovering the best fragrances or the most unique fragrances. But for the average user who are looking to get compliments from fragrances or the people who wears fragrances just to smell nice, this might be too heavy of a price to pay considering you don’t really care for the art of fragrances and the work that goes into making a complex blend like this one. So I completely understand. But in any case, I still recommend you try out this fragrance and see for yourself. I own a lot of artistic fragrances and it definitely gave my nose a nice surprise.
