有名な新潟のご当地ラーメンを東京で！東京都大田区『らーめん潤 蒲田店』に伺いました。こちらは新潟５大ラーメンの一つとして有名な「燕三条背脂ラーメン」が食べられるお店です。新潟五大ラーメンといえば他に「新潟あっさりラーメン」「長岡生姜醤油ラーメン」「新潟濃厚味噌ラーメン」そして「三条カレーラーメン 」があります。今回食べた玉ねぎとたっぷり背脂が特徴の「燕三条背脂ラーメン」の元祖は新潟「杭州飯店」と言われ、そのラーメンの形は京都「ますたに」など“背脂チャッチャ系”と呼ばれるラーメンの原型とも言われるそうです。一度食べると病みつきになる豊潤なコクと風味を持つラーメン、早速ご覧ください！
