It’s a Hawaiian healing technique called Ho’oponopono that recognises the self, responsibility and gratitude, even when we face really challenging circumstances.
In my experience, when we give to others, be it through giving our time, our love, money, service, flowers, etc. When we give, it opens us up to be able to receive.
It puts us into a stronger flow of energy. So when you give for a healing, or for a teaching, your telling the universe that I have gratitude and I really value what this is. It grows, amplifies and returns to you.
