神奈川横浜発祥のご当地ラーメン「サンマーメン」発祥店へ！横浜の伊勢佐木町にある『玉泉亭』で、初めてサンマーメンを食べてきました！神奈川県のご当地ラーメンとして有名な「サンマーメン」は細麺を使用した醤油や塩らーめんの上にモヤシなどを炒めた餡かけを乗せたラーメンです。海で働く人の寒風で冷えた体を温めるために熱々の餡をかけるようになったのが始まりだそう。身体を温めるといえば、以前取り上げた「勝浦タンタンメン」も海女や漁師の身体を温めるメニューとして始まったラーメンでしたね。
・「勝浦式タンタンメン」の動画はコチラ！→ https://youtu.be/D2cJvQSLpMgサンマーメンの発祥店としては諸説あるそうですが、よく挙げられるのが横浜の聘珍楼と今回の『玉泉亭』だそうです。『玉泉亭』は創業が大正7年。2代目の時からサンマーメンが考案され、以来根強い人気を誇っているとのことです。ツルツルとした細麺に熱々で濃厚な餡がトロリとかかるラーメンは身体の芯から温まりクセになる味わいでした！それでは早速お店の様子からご覧ください！＊撮影は以前に行ったものです。

It seems that there are various theories at the birthplace, but two of them are Heichin-ro in Yokohama and this time Gyokusentei. Gyokusentei was founded in 1923. It was said that Sanma-men was invented from the second generation, and has been very popular ever since.
