●Sweet and Sour Pork with Black Vinegar(for 2～3 people)
250 g pork
some Shiraga Negi
some potato starch water mixture
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
●Sweet and sour sauce
2 tbsp Zhenjiang Vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 tbsp sugar
50ml chicken stock
●Seasoning for pork
some salt and pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
●Batter
1 tbsp potato starch
2 tbsp beaten egg
some potato starch
